I made numerous attempts to contact Epod owner (Jamie) and the girl that answers keeps playing little games saying he's not there while I hear her whispering to him. Ya, real professional! I TRIED to report one of their vans (light blue van, APPX 2:42pm on 2/25/2025 was driving IN the bicycle lane, and tried to hit me in my bike. The company took NOTHING serious, no call backs, no reports, NOTHING! so im hoping town hall can investigate this somehow or do SOMETHING. It was in front of Southside...

Despite north Adams having awful mayors, the clerks at town hall are friendly, professional, and usually on top of their game in terms of having the information you need to get parking passes, pay fines and excise taxes, ect... No one likes having to pay these basic fees but the people who work there are pretty nice and know what they are doing...call during office hours and don't be rude. I'm a local contractor in north adams so we're constantly dealing with City Hall Employee's, I've always been treated nice, always espectfull, never wait for anything, the ladies are great every time. Keep it up. Our city needs more good ppl like them running things. 🎤...
