CVS — Local services in North Arlington

This CVS must be having their own writing these positive reviews because this Pharmacy location is ATROCIOUS! I’ve been a customer here for 10 months now after my insurance no longer allows me to use my regular Walgreens. The Pharmacy staff here is miserable and slow, they never have things ready on time EVEN when they text/message through their app saying prescriptions are! One time I picked up a liquid medication here and asked for a tool to measure it with- the woman shrugged her shoulders and said they didn’t have. I went back to my old Wallgreens and they kindly provided me with one. At this very moment I am waiting in a 40 minute line to pick up my LAST prescription here because I am moving to a different CVS location. It is even further away from my house but it can’t be worse than this location. Please don’t think of me as that “one negative review out of several good ones” here on Google. I am young, in my 20s, tech savvy and not afraid to call out CVS on their terrible service and faulty app. If you need prescriptions filled regular stay far away from this CVS- it will cause you unimaginable frustration with it’s unknowledgeable, abrasive staff that moves at a snails pace. I hate this store! They always have only one cashier and they have one person helping you with the self checkout. Why not just have two cashiers at all times? Why do you need a person to help you with a self-checkout? I personally will not use the self checkouts because I don't work for CVS and I don't get a discount if I do so. My hatred of this store continues!!! There's never a cashier, always have to check yourself out and their prices are a bit ridiculous. $4.79 for a half gallon of milk and yet I have to check myself out!!! CVS needs to stop being such a greedy corporation and hire people to work God knows there's a lot of people out of work. If Walgreens still open at 8:00 I would never step foot, in CVS. 11 9/24 I went in there when they first opened today. Two people working in the store well if you want to call it working. I had to use the self checkout while they discussed their weekend plans. The checkout was giving me trouble and kept beeping and beeping. I had the most horrible experience today at the cvs minute clinic in North Arlington nj, first off I thought they were still working from their pod outside the store no signs anywhere that they weren't so after waiting almost an hour in my car I decided to call the store where they told me they were now inside the store. I went inside checked in was asked questions by a nice nurse where she took my blood pressure, oxygen measure etc and was then sent to see the nurse practitioner Deborah latorre, what a horrible robotic woman to say the least, she didn't want me to speak unless I was addressed by her, talked down to me like I was garbage and was ignorant in general, didn't want me to sit on the examining table instead had me sit in a chair in the corner where I could only remove my mask when she told me to do she could check my nose and throat...I simply was there to have my lungs checked after taking medication for a bronchial infection because my doctor was unavailable, I would never return to this minute clinic and I would advise everyone to stay away, horrible...
