I am literally so disappointed with one of the staff that did my brother’s haircut today, I always go here for my haircuts and my little sisters haircuts and today I decided to bring my brother, although there was a staff there that I have not seen before and I wasn’t sure if she was going to know how to do my brothers hair because she was black and we are Hispanic but she took him in and DID NOTHING he asked for, all my brother asked for was simple he wanted his sides cut and to keep his bangs mind you… SHE LITERALLY CUT EVERYTHING OFF gave him a whole buzz cut, he came in with so much hair and she just completely did him so wrong I’m having doubts in coming back on what I thought was such a friendly and wonderful place to go for a haircut! The lady there completely denounced me for coming up to them because I wanted to help explain for my brother the haircut he wanted and she told me I can go back and sit at the lounge with an attitude and bad tone, but it was because she completely did not know what she was doing!! I never had a problem taking my little sister they always let me sit near her to watch her. I didn’t make it a problem and sat down she kept dropping her stuff and sighing and saying “why is his hair doing this” like what!! I am so frustrated with the way she was and thank god she did not charge us she did horrible and gave him a first awful experience I really wish the other sweet lady there took over because she has done my hair before, I am so...

Brought my daughter here for her first ever haircut, she’s 5, it was a walk in. Right off the bat the lady that checked us in had an attitude. When it came time to cut my daughters hair, I explained to the lady that was cutting her hair what I wanted, and I stood next to her since it was her first time. The lady who checked us in, with an attitude said “ok you can sit down” with a nasty attitude and tone. I didn’t sit down and simply stood behind the line, by the shampoos, so that I could see, in case I wanted the lady to cut a bit more off. I wanted to send my mom a pic since it was my daughters first haircut, and again with an attitude the same lady addresses me to not take a pic. If she were nicer and more polite I would’ve have not been bent out of shape about the comment, but even another customer sitting looked confused like what’s her problem? It took the joy away from me, what was a first for my child, we were both excited about her first hair cut, and instead I left feeling upset and in a bad mood. Not good customer service or experience. I won’t be going back, and If I ever do, I’ll make sure to not get it cut if that misery of a person is working. So disappointed. You will find a 2 year old who cuts better hair than the staff at this hair salon. Terrible isn't even a strong enough word to describe the haircuts they give. I can not tell you how much you will regret ever going to this place. I once went in there and told them to cut the sides and back of my hair short and keep the top medium. You know what they did? Took a electric razor and just shave my head. No scissors on top, just a 2 minute buzz cut and charged me. Maybe I was the only one who had a bad experience, right? Not at all. My sister went in their to get layers, all they did was trim it in a straight line. My brother and uncle went in their to get haircuts similar to mine or just a trim, they too went through the 2 minute slaughter that they call a haircut. The haircut is around $10, but please, spend just 5 more on a hair salon that actually knows what they are doing. Even if you are a person who just likes a buzz cut or a shaved head, the cuts you get from their speedy process is not worth it. It's as if they are in a competition of who can give the worst possible haircuts, how this place hasn't shut down yet is just mind puzzling. Take my advice, DO...
