Taco Bell — Restaurant in North Arlington

This place has the absolute worse management, I literally work at Taco Bell somewhere else and this place has zero understanding of how to read off the menu correctly. I ordered a chicken quesadilla, add nacho sauce, no creamy jalapeño sauce. I got my quesadilla and there was no chicken. I showed it to the person who took my order the quesadilla with no chicken and the receipt. She tried telling me that I said cheese quesadilla when the receipt said chicken quesadilla. It’s not even her fault I’ll give her that but like whoever is steaming needs to learn how to read the board. The shift manager was also being super rude and had such an attitude about it. I asked questions about some of boxes that they have and she was being extremely rude. As another Spanish worker who literally works at Taco Bell, that’s extremely disrespectful do your job right and if you don’t like it, then quit. So disappointed with today’s visit/customer service with one employee in particular. My boyfriend and I ordered 4 tacos, a couple burritos and couple cheesy roll ups, simple enough. We waited for at least 10 minutes while at least FIVE people who ordered after us got their orders.. we ask if our order is still being made, our cashier double checked and the one girl handing out orders said it was already called out. We were standing not even 5 feet away from the counter and not once did we hear his name! So a couple of them now conclude someone else must have taken the order. I usually stop by at night on my way home from work. It is late and I know what it feels like to have customers come near closing time. But sometimes I'm just too tired to cook. The staff is always so damn pleasant and nice. They make me feel welcome. I usually get a few burrito Supreme and they are excellent, no skimping on ingredients. I'm so glad I have a great Taco Bell nearby. I just want to mention in particular Cecelia and her daughter, who are so warm and friendly and perform great customer service.
