Arlington Pizza — Restaurant in North Arlington

I arrived at the pizzeria at 6:42 and ordered a hot sandwich the shrimp and they told me that in 15 minutes my order would be there and I saw that it was logical since I hadn't called in advance but to finish this quickly I ordered a beer and a pizza to wait for my sandwich and time passed I ordered another beer and people came in and out with their orders that's when I assumed that my mistake was ordering one beer after another since they believed that by extending my stay I would consume more so I got up with an attitude demanding my sandwich and as by magic they brought it to me and started like bullies to surround me and tell me that the sandwich was ready it's logical that since there is no person as a leader everyone has to talk to make you feel bad so I decided to pay for the sandwich without bringing it and I left a tip of 20 dollars so they remember that the word of a human being is the only thing that has any value So I told them to enjoy my sandwich because I know they are so hungry that someone will take it and the most painful thing is that the owner was present and was not capable of give me an apology it just occurred to me to open the mouth to say YOU HAVE...

Horrible service and attitude. I ordered a lasagna with meatballs on April 4th 2022. It was delivered, when I pulled it out of the bag it was open and the container bent in half and spilled all over the floor and bare foot. I even burnt my foot. I called them immediately to report it and ask for a new order. They said they didn’t have any more lasagna and couldn’t bring me anymore food, but that they would give me a credit for a new order. I was left without anything to eat, but was like okay. I called on April 9 2022 to order my lasagna with meatballs credited and Italian Hotdog. The person who answered the phone was rude and nasty. Claiming it wasn’t their fault and that they would give me a 60 percent discount. I didn’t spill it their containers where faulty. He argued and yelled at me. I will not be ordering or eating here. I've been a long time customer that would consistantly order food at least 2-3x a week. Now its seems like every time I am placing an order the prices change. I recently placed an order for a simple dish, pasta w/ Garlic & Oil and requested that they throw in shrimp and spinach. They charged me $22.50! $22.50 for a dish that was mediocre. When questioning the price, their response was that the dish I asked for was not on the menu. They charged me for a shrimp scampi, when all i had was garlic & oil & then an addl $5 for spinach. I've become very disappointed with their service, quality of food and their ownership. I have never met an owner so nasty to his customers & employees... Well his customers that he doesnt know personally or wear a badge.
