If I could give this place zero stars, I would. The employees were incredibly rude and unprofessional. They openly talked about me and the person I was with — right in front of us — just because of what we ordered. On a previous visit, I even found a hair in my food, but I let it go, assuming it was a one-time mistake. This time, however, was the last straw.

Metro Bagels and Grill is an absolute gem of a bagel store. The bagels are nice and chewy, and their sandwiches quite substantive. I had the Taylor Ham Egg and Cheese and found it very well done. The bagel was a bit larger, and the sandwich ingredients were more generous than other comparable stores. The staff was very amicable and accommodating, as well as engaging. My friend & I ate @ this place for the first and last time. We didn't think that it was clean. I can't stand seeing people that handle food with out having a glove and touch my food. I only saw him using one glove in his left hand. The sandwich that we had was not that bad but I had it better in another place.
