I paid for service David Pari one of the Service Advisors (A Manager) confirmed that the service he ordered was done it turns out the service wasnât done and David Pari lied.
David Pari one of their service managers liesâtold me that i needed four brakes services plus $9,300 in fixes. I already had three of my bakes done prior to coming in. My car was serviced at same location in January by Molly a great value added that isnât there anymore. Molly had given me a quote on stuff totaling no more than $2,000. David Pari presented me with list of things totaling $9,300 to do even though most of those things had been done in recent past. I refused his advice. After I refused to go with Davidâs advice, he asked me to pay for diagnostic to which i also refused because i didnât ask for a diagnostic. David then literally kept me hostage waiting for an oil change taking about an entire day for an oil change. David confirmed that the oil change was done and charged me for itâturns out the oil change too was a liedâit was NEVER done as David Pari had claimed. I noticed it the moment i left the lotâi called and David noticing it was me hung the phone up. I told Service Director Nick et la about it they confirmed and concurred that indeed the oil change was never done and tried to spin it as an honest mistake i am debunking as a lie to cover up for David. If i had 2 or more items and he missed one, I can understand not the case. David Pari wanted his wayâhe wanted me to do what he had advised me to doâi called him out on those lies he calls advices and refusedâ David Pari then decided to play deceitfulâas a CEO I honesty do not believe a person like David who lost a Customerâs trust in this way should still be working as a Service Advisor or Manager in any trustful roles. Who knows if what David Pari is advising Customers to do that Customers are paying for are getting done? Most average Customers needing cars services are female and cannot tell whether a service was done or notâimagine most of those quotes that David Pari quoted you and you paid for were never done? Imagine having to question a service! If I purchase milk, I expect what in the gallon to be milk especially if the âmilk advisorâ confirmed that it is indeed milk. David Pari in my opinion has lost the Customersâ trust and should be let go to pursue dishonest career were telling lies and being deceitful are ok.
Update: 2/27/2025:
On 2/27/2025 at about 9 am. I drove into Nucar Nissan of North Attleboro for the General Manager and Service Director to honor their obligation and perform the oil change that Service Advisor David Pari intentionally charged me for but never did that the prior Service Director as well as the General Manager were well aware of. And had asked me to stop by for, whenever I was in town.
It is 2025 and I am in Town. I showed up today and current Service Director Chris Musone refused to honor their obligation of intentionally charging me for oil change that was never done simply because I disputed the service quotes that David Pari had presented in 2023 as most of those things that David Pari listed like the breaks had already been performed prior to the quotes.
Today, I asked to get my vehicle oil changed and Service Director Chris Musone told me that I could NOT get my vehicle service at this location this is after Service Director Chris Musone pulled David Pari into his Office and they chatted.
I agreed to paying and following up later with the GM for the service I paid for and did...
Read moreMy husband and I tried to purchase a 2016 Nissan Rogue with 4k miles on it from this dealership. We signed the paperwork for the vehicle and were told they didn't have the title and it would be a week or 2 before we could pick up our car. I called the next weekend for an update on how it was going and on Monday was called back and told it would be about a month before the title issue was figured out he said he wasn't sure if I would want to wait that long and I told him I could. I told the gentleman I was at work and would call him back later that day. Not even 3 hours later I called him back and was told they didn't think i wanted to wait the now month and a half wait so they sent my car back to wholesale. Needless to say I was pretty angry. He then told me we didnt sign anything to buy that vehicle however we signed a contract to purchase a vehicle from that location even though I was told the exact mileage of the car and told no one would drive it until we came to pick it up. I asked them what they were going to do about this issue and he said we could come look at the other cars they have available. I specifically wanted a white vehicle with black interior and was told they could sell me a different one for 2k more.... My husband and I called about this vehicle before driving the hour to the dealership and since he works away from home trying to schedule a time that we can look at cars is a struggle.
We are still waiting for our deposit to be returned to us. This company illegally advertised a vehicle they did not actually have any rights to sell, and then they used a bait and switch on me and tried to get me to come in and purchase a different vehicle for more money. So disappointing. I expect things like this from a small no name dealership, not a large dealership like Ernie Boch. Even after they were the ones that messed up they basically told me it sucks to be me and I was out of luck. On top of everything they even did a credit pull which negatively affects my credit. That might not mean much to other people, but to me it does. I work hard to have an excellent credit score and would not have had them look into my credit unless I specifically wanted to buy a car from them. They tried telling me it was so I could see what my monthly payments would be, however I am the type of person that knows what my exact score is from all 3 credit reports so I did not need this useless ding on my credit. My husbands score is in the 800's so I knew we would get the best rates no matter what... ANNOYED.....
I ended up finding a better vehicle from McGee and was far and beyond pleased with their customer service. at Ernie Boch our salesman kept disappearing, at one point another salesman took the car we were making a deal on for a test drive. We were at this dealership for the major part of our Saturday and in the end...
Read moreIf I could give zero stars, I would. I bought a BMW X3 from them back in January. As I was asking questions about the car, Blane told me that front brake pads had just been replaced (he showed me the service invoice that reflected that) and that the rear pads were like brand new that they didn't need replacing. That is why only 3 months (only 3,000 miles) later, I was confused when I received a message in the car saying that I needed to replace the brakes. I called Blane and after waiting days and him not returning my phone call, I called and spoke to the sales manager Tony. I explained that from the service sheet showing that new front brake pads were put in and from Blane saying that the rear pads were essentially new, that none of the pads should need replacing and asked if he could take care of it if I brought the car back to them. He was very rude and told me that brakes are not under warranty. I said that I understood but that new brakes don't go in 3,000 miles. He said that the brake pads must have been good enough to pass inspection for a sticker. I took the car to BMW Hyannis and the gentleman told me that from reading the brain and personally looking at the front brake pads, that there weren't any brake pads left. I told him what happened with Boch and he said that I should call them because brake pads don't wear out in 3,000. I called the service guy Dave at Boch and he played it off and said that it could be a computer glitch. I said that it wasn't because the guy at BMW Hyannis looked at the front brake pads himself and said that there were no brake pads left. I asked Dave if he would take care of it no charge since the service sheet showed that those pads were replaced right before I bought the car and he said that he would not. I couldn't believe that this dealership not only created a fake service sheet to lie that front brake pads were replaced but then wouldn't even take care of it if I drove all the way back to them to have new ones put in. I will never take my business here again! This place is filled with liars! The part that still blows me away the most is how they created a fake service sheet that shows that the front brake pads were replaced!! And such a big name like Boch, I expected better service and at a minimum, real...
