Pizzeria Romana North Attleboro — Restaurant in North Attleborough

I had a bad customer service experience here Saturday night 2/24/24. I came in to order takeout at 5:15 PM. I ordered two veal parms and a salad. I'm told it will be about 20 minutes and I indicate I'll wait for the order. After waiting 30 minutes I return to the front desk and explain I've been waiting for my food. I'm told they'll be bring it right out to me. Now it's 35 minutes. I return to the front desk and they say it will just be a couple of more minutes. I remain at the register and several more minutes pass, and my food still isn't coming out. A young woman asks if she can help me and I explain the issue. She says she'll be right back but never returns. I then find someone else behind the counter and explain the issue and she goes into the kitchen to see if she can find out where my order is. After 45-plus minutes, my order finally comes out. Not one worker at the restaurant that I spoke with ever apologized. I'm an easy-to-please person. An apology would have went a long way. So would someone taking responsibility to do what they could to please a customer under such circumstances. I can't be the only one this has happened to. The lack of customer service speaks...

We visited here on a early Saturday night for dinner. I ordered the veal parm and the wife had the chicken parm. Veal was pretty good, although I do have a couple issues with the dinner. First, it comes with a salad before the meal. Now usually said salad is a small house salad with a tomato, cucumber slice and maybe some red onion. Well, I got that but when I tell you it was so small, I barely got 3 bites out of it. The bread, I will say is excellent. My second issue is the pasts that comes with the meal, or should I say the lack of pasta that comes with the meal. Now pasta is pretty cheap to buy, even these days, but when you order a meal that comes with it and you still have whatever main course you order still left and your pasta is gone because there was so little to begin with, that's an issue for me. Not to mention, it was angel hair pasta and not penne or regular or thin spaghetti. Obviously there were no leftovers on my plate. I also felt $11 for a glass of house cab was a bit pricey for a 6oz glass. Not sure if we will go back anytime soon, even though its only about a mile...

This place has the BEST food EVER!! So a little info about me, lately I've been in a food rut. I rarely enjoy my meal when I go out to eat, I find food at most chains to be bland and flavorless lately, as though it's missing that little spark that makes a meal great. But Pizzeria Roamana has brought that spark back and amped it up to 100!! This food has SOUL, it has flavor, if you want to eat a dish that makes you feel like you're at home eating a delicious meal prepared with love then you best come here! I was never a veal person, but I decided what the heck and gave it a shot. It was SO good!!

And the staff? The staff is amazing, so sweet and friendly. They have the best manager I have ever met in my life and it's just perfect. Literally perfect. Chicken marsala and veal parm, red sangria, I am in food HEAVEN. Try this place, you will never regret it, they've just earned themselves a repeat...
