This is not a company that I can support anymore. We had a 'Mom's night out' planned in December that was cancelled by the owner within 30 minutes of the start time. The whole process from the start was a disaster. The link to register for the event wasnt sent to us until the day before the event. When we found out it was cancelled while driving there, we had to make other plans. From there, we wanted a refund since its hard enough to plan a night out with 12 moms and we were told they will not allow any refunds of the deposit or for the tickets. Completely unprofessional when any of us reached out to question them. Even if we did have time to reschedule, the way they conducted themselves after is not something any of us want to entertain. Unfortunately what was supposed to be a fun night out turned sour quick. The owner had an emergency where she had to cancel a half hour prior to start time. Things happen, which we understood. We tried to get a refund for the event as we were not the ones to cancel. We were told they have a no refund policy which again could be understood if we, the customers, cancelled. This was out of our control. The response given was they had to pay for materials....which is also questionable as the link to register was not working until the day before and some of us registered that day so clearly the materials were at hand. The Craft Bar is a must do for all crowds weather your there for date-nights, children’s party, or would like to craft and drink. We had my daughters 8 years old party hosted by the owner Pam. The event was a little over 2 hours. Pam was a great instructor in creating custom design bags and super friendly. The energy of the venue was relax/fun. We were able to bring all the materials needed for our party including food, decorations, and cake. Pam has all the materials needed to create your craft. I would recommend this place...
