Complete let down. Went in looking to talk to the owner about a cake, but instead had to talk to a employee while the owner watched frome the other room. Then got told they couldn't make what I was looking for because they had no idea what it was. Then was mocking told i should go to France instead to find what I was looking for. If you don't know what a mirror glaze is, then you shouldn't have a pastry/ cake shop. Can't make one because your skill level isn't that high is a much more acceptable answer. On top of that all the pastries here are dry and stodgy. The macaroons were the best thing I had and those were even chalky in texture. The raspberry chocolate ganache was delicious, however they have a $10 minimum on credit cards which I found excessive, made me feel like they do it to make you buy more. Also, we were there 30 minutes before closing and because of this, they didn’t have any coffee and told us it was because they were ready to close. I felt like they didn’t want us to be there which I didn’t understand because it’s not like we were there like 5 or 10 minutes before closing. I don’t think I’ll be going back...
