The gentlemen working have to learn more about the culture here. They have never heard of a discount or coupon half a dozen times I took in coupons for tobacco because when you search on Google where to redeem the coupons this store comes up. However they do not know of or about coupons so they have told me the price is already discounted . This would be not true ..Even products that the manufacturer puts promotional discounts on the product they do not honor .it's not a lot of money and this may seem like splitting hairs . But sometimes if your able to save a dollar or two it can add up over the course of the year. I was treated as if I made the coupons myself and was trying to deceive them. I understand there are cultural differences what would the world be without them . But if your going to operate a legitimate business that nurtures a good relationship with their customers they should at least invest some time in learning about and how to accept coupons and honor manufacturers discounts. If something is marked one dollar off then you should pay the normal price minus a dollar not the normal price then then tell the customer it's already discounted. Or remove their business from the list of venders who accept coupons. It's seems strange that there are four to five gentlemen working in a small convenience store at all times..I...
