So after 9 years it was time for a new mattress as our old one was beginning to cause us pain. I went into Tru furniture to see what type of selection they had and hopefully learn about the plethora of new mattresses and the latest technology. Upon being greeted by Jed with a warm and welcoming greeting I started by explaining our situation and requesting much needed help.

We started touring the inventory and I was getting information that was absolutely fascinating about how far the mattress technology has come in the past 10 years. Jed attends trade shows every year and stays very current and knowledgeable about the company's and the products he carries in his store. Jed gave me at least 2 hours of his undivided attention catering to my needs, questions and concerns.

After trying every product in his showroom I was able to find the perfect solution for my wife and I. I was extremely happy with not only the one on one customer attention and help Jed gave me but also, the options of affordability, financing, shipping and delivery from start to finish.

I would highly recommend this furniture store as their customer service is phenomenal. They are a small mom and pop store that is owner operated so if you experience any issues whatsoever, you talk to them personally and not some call center in India. We needed a new mattress and shopped Black Friday sales for something in our budget. After stopping at several other furniture shops in and around Coos Bay we ended up at Tru Furniture. These guys are the real deal. No pressure sales tactics, great selection of items on the showroom floor and in-stock as well. We were helped by Brandon...not only did he show us product in our price range (no attempt to over sell us...shocking and refreshing!!) but worked with us for as long as it took to make sure we got what we wanted at a fair price. We ended up making our purchase at Tru Furniture...we got a quality mattress at a fair price. Pretty much everybody offers free delivery now-a-days and these folks are no different. Our mattress was delivered several days ahead of schedule and the delivery guys were exceptional. No mess left behind, our mattress was delivered right to the bedroom and all we had to do was put the sheets back on!! If your in the market for furniture I would not buy until you've checked these folks out. They appear to stock quality product at fair prices and the entire process, staff ... every interaction we had ......
