I was accused of theft of a shirt today and to see inside my bag. And the camera footage was reviewed. As a professional in the the security industry Full investigations should be done What did the customers walk in with? What was placed in the bag ? Color of what was placed in the bag? Are there shirts that color bc it was BRIGHT green

I explained that there was no shirt and displayed my bag. It was another I placed in my bag walking in. The employee questioned me again “are you sure”

The store employee did not apologize for the miscommunication made by another employee or for the wrongful accusations in the back in whom I saw watch I put another store bag my daughter was carrying which was bright green.

When I told the employee she should apologize she replied “no doubt”

Around 2 pm i needed some assistance the young person at the regrister was so sweet. I was trying to ask them a few questions but kept getting a brain fart due to lack of sleep. They helped me a out a lot. Although I am not good with identifying a person gender identity. they did not get upset when I said ''guerrl today was a hot day i am so tirreeeeeddd I dont know if im going to SURVIVE the rest of the day, omg " - work work work, something something something. Instead they smiled , laughed and made jokes with me. I laughed so hard that I kept forgetting what I was thinking about almost laughing myself till i passed out. . Great employees.
