Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in North Bergen

CERY RUDE STAFF, I have been to this Popeyes twice and both times I was treated very badly. The first time I was in this restaurant I was the second to last person to enter the restaurant( I know it was COVID but isn’t the last person that entered the one that’s suppose to leave) , yet I was being told that I had to leave instead of the last person and even after I was able enter the restaurant I still I had to waiting Very long for my order ( even though I ordered ahead online) till the manager had to ask me what was my order again. The manager had to give me 2 free drinks because I was waiting so long. The second time I went to this restaurant today 07/07/2020. I went through the drive through this time and asked for a five piece, I asked 3 times if there was no way to order a 5 piece, the third time I heard “omg” in the background I will never give my money to this restaurant again. I could of went off completely on the female saying “omg” in the background but I decided I wasn’t going to go to jail for no Popeye’s employee and to come here instead. STAFF NEEDS IMPROVEMENT....

Really bad experience this is my second time at there drive through first time they didn't put the side other from the family meal I was getting at the time and rush me they didn't even ask me what kind of meat I wanted etc.......today was the worse we came after a baseball game that we won. As soon as I got to the drive through I was asking my dad and my boys what did they wanted the cashier heard me and wanted me to order what I was debating with my family what to other very rudely rushing me to finish the other. My dad was going to his house so we were debating to other a family meal or individual two pieces meals. He was constantly rude contradicting everything we were trying to decided to buy cheaper for us for the same price. But the cashier was very awful. At the end we end it up getting 2 pieces with a side other each person , but he didn't ask us for dark meat or white meat, mild or spicy. I won't recommend at all to go to the Popeyes. And the side oders...

Waited 20 mins for 3 sandwiches and a large fries with biscuits . Saw my food came out 10 mins ago . just sitting there, they did not care about it until i did make a complaint when the person who ordered after me got their food first . Management is at the worst stage in this popeyes . My order number was #52 and the worker's excuse was " uber driver been waiting for 1 hr " i personally runs restaurant and i know how quickly order comes in through the system and there are plenty of time until driver gets there . Not even saying sorry for the delay . straight up excuses and tells me i will make it again if it's cold . I wanted to refund but as business point of view i just took it and decided to leave a review for the owner to acknowledge the problem in the store . Fast food restaurant that's slower then regular restaurant pulling out orders this late is a hugh problem . i will go file a complaint to...
