I just spend 58 dollars here. Asked for 6 sides of teriyaki on the special instructions. Went to pick up my order. The older rude guy gave me my food. I asked if there was all 7 ordersand the plum sauce and teriyaki that I asked for. He said yes. I opened my food to find out I was missing one. I go to tell him I'm missing my food. Gave me a nasty attitude. So I told him I asked him if all my food was there with my sauces and that I'll bring the food in and he said no problem. I notice he keeps yelling and treating his staff like garbage. I asked for more teriyaki sauce he hands me 2 more and I asked him if I can have two more. He tells me its teriyaki sauce and laughs. I told him ring me up for sauce, I don't mind paying for it. He proceeded to give me a kiddy cup half way with very hot teriyaki sauce but no lid. Great customer service!!...

Ive came to this Panda Express location due to not many around, for the last two months at least once a week ordering 1-3 orders. And for all the times I’ve came here the place is busy-Min-Thurs it’s normal but the weekends is a bit busy,. It’s clean inside , food is fresh, the service is great and still no good reviews??Seems like the bad reviews left were people that had a slight mishap if not any and are nitpicking for no reason just to make the place look bad.You even have inconsiderate customers coming in with their pets while other people are getting served/eating( maybe or probably allergic) with absolute no consideration for others but themselves. Read moreThe food is usually pretty good but the customer service is always what leaves a bad taste in my mouth. This time I saw a customer arguing with the manager and after she canceled her order I saw him grab the food that's in containers already ready to go handed to her, and throw it back onto to the Buffet line. I know no one touched the food but that's usually bad practice. Especially when there's a huge line and every other customers seeing you throw food back into the bowls. needless to say the lady that serve me told the cashier what I'm getting so she can charge me correctly and she had to reopen my food just to double-check. Normally I don't complain about things like this but with everything going on it's your coworker telling you not me. I don't think I'm coming back...
