I rarely write reviews, but this experience left me genuinely frustrated and disappointed, and other customers deserve to know.
I recently purchased several branded clothing items from Junaid Jamshed online store and two of them were not the right size. They were completely unworn, tags still intact, not even opened, and all I needed was a simple size exchange. At first, I thought I lost the receipt and was told they couldnât help me. That was frustrating enough after spending over $1,000 with them in just the past couple of weeks.
Then I found the receipt and returned to the store, assuming the issue would be easily resolved. But they still refused to do anything because it had been more than 15 days. The same items are on the rack in the size I need, yet they wouldn't allow a simple exchange. Instead of showing any flexibility or care, I was told to text a picture and come back later â as if thatâs a realistic option for someone who drove in from another state where thereâs no store nearby.
Their customer service was rigid, unaccommodating, and honestly dismissive. There was no effort to be understanding, no appreciation of the situation, and no willingness to help a returning customer who went out of their way just to resolve this in person.
Whatâs most disappointing is that if they had shown the slightest bit of flexibility or respect, I was planning to come back to shop for a wedding and needed more than 20 outfits. That business is now going elsewhere, simply because of how poorly I was treated over something so basic.
To anyone thinking of shopping here: be very careful. Their return policy is unforgiving, their staff is inflexible, and if anything goes wrong, expect to be met with indifference no matter how much youâve spent. I wonât be...

This was our 1st time there so I called this store and confirm with receptionist what time store will close. I was told 7:00pm.(Same timing also on the google) we went there 5:15 assuming we have plenty of time to shop. Just after 5 min in store a female worker came and told my wife that âwe are closing 6:00pm so pick up your pace. My wife told her you guys closing 7:00pm. Itâs on google whatâs the problem. She said oh it incorrect on google. My wife said but we called and confirm with one of you. We were told the store is closing 7:00. Now she start making excuses oh it depend on the customers, to my surprise the place had so many customers(even I was not expecting this much crowd on a clothing store) we were like please give us some space as we still have 35 minutes to go. Here it gets more annoying. My wife wanted to buy cloths for herself and my 12 year old daughter. Itâs take time to shop. Now she kept coming and started to fix cloths near us or kept on sending another young male employee to tell us finish our shopping at around 5:45pm. Meanwhile store got even more busier. (Irony) My wife rushed as much as she can to her displeasure. she was able to push us out of the store exactly 6:00pm. We still windup spending $360+ dollars in the store while employees were dancing on our heads. This is very unprofessional. You have a proper timing on google your employe confirms the timing when called but, when you are there they spontaneously change it for their own convenience.    Read moreWish I could give this place 0 stars. Customer service is awful. They were insanely busy 2 days ago on a Saturday and only had 2 person working the register with a line out the door. The woman who seemed to be in âchargeâ but just barking at people. My mom wanted to purchase something but we also wanted to check the store next door but were told they cannot hold anything. So my mom was like I can buy it but then return it if I find something else. I pointed to her at the register the giant sign that says âNO returns or exchangesâ and the woman at the register clarifies to me that that only applies to sale items, regular price items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days. I clarified that with her again because of the sign. So we buy the item, went to the store next door and decided to return the item. Of course when we go back the woman has changed her tune. Literally back in 30 min and she told me she never said that I could return, only exchange. I even gave her the benefit of the doubt that maybe she misspoke bc they were so busy and that indeed itâs exchange only. But you should honor your customer. You are that greedy and unable to provide proper customer service. Of course there is no manager that day. I left my name with the woman who is named Tania.
