I have been a loyal customer since the inception of this restaurant and its predecessor, iSpice. While the food quality is generally acceptable, the pricing is often quite unreasonable.

Recently, I ordered their weekend special, chicken keema balls. For five small balls, they charged a staggering $20, which breaks down to $4 per ball. When I picked up the package, it felt incredibly light, almost as if it were empty. Upon checking in my car, I was shocked to find only five tiny balls inside. I went back to verify the count and was told that it was indeed correct. This has to be the most expensive chicken I have ever eaten, and frankly, it was just okay in terms of taste.

Additionally, their biryanis are priced around $18. In my experience, most Indian restaurants provide generous portions along with condiments like onions and lemon. Unfortunately, this place does not include any additional condiments, and the portions are far from generous.

I had a great experience at Konaseema! The flavors reminded me of home-cooked food with an authentic touch. The Kodi Vepudu was soft and tasty, and the Guntur Mirchi Bajji had excellent flavor with a delicious stuffing. The Garlic Naan was soft with a nice bread flavor, pairing well with the flavorful Konaseema Chicken Curry, which had a comforting, home-style taste.

I really enjoyed the Bonda—especially the perfect size and taste. The Bejawada Boneless Chicken had a rich red chili and yogurt flavor, while the Konaseema Biryani offered great aroma and a flavorful rice base. The Chicken 65 was spot-on—crispy, flavorful, and perfect for a sit-down meal.

The Ravulapalam Chicken Thali was a delightful combo with flavorful rice and tasty shrimp & mutton. The Butter Chicken had excellent spice and flavor, and the desserts, especially the Annavaram Payasam, were a perfect way to end the meal.
