Read moreI have been a loyal customer since the inception of this restaurant and its predecessor, iSpice. While the food quality is generally acceptable, the pricing is often quite unreasonable.
Recently, I ordered their weekend special, chicken keema balls. For five small balls, they charged a staggering $20, which breaks down to $4 per ball. When I picked up the package, it felt incredibly light, almost as if it were empty. Upon checking in my car, I was shocked to find only five tiny balls inside. I went back to verify the count and was told that it was indeed correct. This has to be the most expensive chicken I have ever eaten, and frankly, it was just okay in terms of taste.
Additionally, their biryanis are priced around $18. In my experience, most Indian restaurants provide generous portions along with condiments like onions and lemon. Unfortunately, this place does not include any additional condiments, and the portions are far from generous.
There is a clear mismatch between the price and the quantity offered. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and makes necessary adjustments to provide better value for...
Read moreI had a great experience at Konaseema! The flavors reminded me of home-cooked food with an authentic touch. The Kodi Vepudu was soft and tasty, and the Guntur Mirchi Bajji had excellent flavor with a delicious stuffing. The Garlic Naan was soft with a nice bread flavor, pairing well with the flavorful Konaseema Chicken Curry, which had a comforting, home-style taste.
I really enjoyed the Bonda—especially the perfect size and taste. The Bejawada Boneless Chicken had a rich red chili and yogurt flavor, while the Konaseema Biryani offered great aroma and a flavorful rice base. The Chicken 65 was spot-on—crispy, flavorful, and perfect for a sit-down meal.
The Ravulapalam Chicken Thali was a delightful combo with flavorful rice and tasty shrimp & mutton. The Butter Chicken had excellent spice and flavor, and the desserts, especially the Annavaram Payasam, were a perfect way to end the meal.
A must-visit for anyone craving real Andhra-style flavors with a...
