Shake Shack North Brunswick — Restaurant in North Brunswick Township

Finally! As someone who lives close by, it was painful to drive all the way to Bridgewater for our closest Shake Shack. This location is 8 minutes from my home.

We decided not to visit Day 1 to avoid the chaos, so we went....Day 2. I arrived at around 7PM expecting the worse. I saw police lights leading me to believe the lines were going to be around the block. I went through the drive through and the entire process took around 20 minutes which was more than acceptable for a restaurant so new.

The gentleman working outside was friendly and the manager was outside also offering assistance. I believe this is the same manager I've seen at the Bridgewater location? Always friendly and helpful.

The food was just as consistent as always just like the other locations, which is generally a concern of mine when a new franchise opens up (looking at you Denny's).

I ordered 2 burgers, 2 fries and chicken nuggets which ran me around $35. Unfortunately I did not receive my fries and drove home. My wife, who was not about that no-fry life, drove back and received replacement fries (free of charge), an apology, and a complimentary free burger coupon for a future visit.

We'll absolutely be back to this location many more times. I hope they stay successful.

All we need in that plaza is a Blaze Pizza and I'll never have to drive to...

I've eaten here a few times before and have had positive dining experiences. However tonight I went and there was construction going on. There were three handy men/construction workers trying to drill in the benches by the bathrooms. The drilling sounds were so very loud and when I looked over at the workers and said I have a sleeping baby, the guy basically said yes it's going to be loud. It woke up my toddler sleeping inside the stroller then the whole time we were eating my toddler kept saying he was scared of the drilling noise. I didn't understand how they could be doing this while the store had people dining inside. The male bathroom had extension cords running out the door to the construction area. There were large construction tools being charged under the kiosk where you order. I went up to the front desk to let the manager know of all this and could not get one person at the counter. They were all in the back doing something. I had to reach out the the corporate shake shack to get any help. Overall terrible experience dining...

If j could give zero stars I would. I went to pick up my order tonight which it told me to come in for and it would be in the shelf. The young lady working tried locking me out and making me go through the drive thru because apparently they were closed she got extremely nasty with me when I tried telling her it told me to come in so I did not know considering it says open till 11pm on google. She had a horrible attitude and tried telling me to calm down when all I said was I was picking up an order. She nastily asked my name and basically just threw my food on the counter. Not sure her name but if she doesn’t like her job there’s an easy fix go get a new one. Very disappointed in the way I was treated when all I was trying to do was pick up my order ( which I try to always make it easy and do the mobile order). Will not be visiting this location again I rather drive further and get...
