Check the temperature of the cheese! I watched the manager check the temperature of everything, the cheese read full red on the tablet. I gasped. The store opened 30 minutes before. There was no one either before or after me. When I asked for fresh cheese, she refused and rudely looked at me and said I don't know what the problem is! This is basically a new store. Probably a year or so old. Fresh??? NOT! Don't let this manager get away with this. Check the temperature...
