I usually order via Door Dash and everything has always been perfect. Our in-store visit - not so much. They were out of the meat for the featured sandwich. And while what we ordered tasted good, half of the order was wrong. My niece's sandwich had the wrong bagel, the wrong cheese, and didn't have the (specifically ordered) cream cheese. Normally, I would have asked for it to be remade, but the 2 employees didn't seem interested in even taking our order when we walked in, so I wasn't about to "bother" them. I have never really been a coffee in the morning kind of person. This franchise, and this location in particular has completely changed my morning routine. It’s a great place to start your day with smiling, friendly faces and warm greetings, especially when Maria is at the window, I’ve had some interaction with the management and they are always nothing but completely professional, courteous, and appreciative. Not only does this place deliver delicious morning coffee, but it is extremely consistent and when you find something that you like when you order it, it tastes exactly the same every single time. . Went with my mother-in-law for the first time. Staff wasn't necessarily rude, but was less friendly than I'm used to when I get coffee. I ordered an iced oatmilk latte and a sausage egg and cheese on asiago. My mother in law got a coffee cake muffin and a Carmel marvel.

Her coffee was really strong, basically like black coffee and her muffin was subpar. My SE+C had cream cheese on it (which I guess is a standard of all their sandwiches?). My coffee was bitter and it looked like the milk had curdled. I wish i could post a picture. It was gross looking. Both coffees had grounds in the bottom.
