I really wanted to support this business, but unfortunately, my experience felt off. I was quoted $45 for a 30-minute session that is clearly advertised as $30. When I asked, I was told the price had changed—without any signage or notice beforehand. I was also given a small bottle of rose water that didn’t feel worth the $5 charge. On top of that, I noticed other clients were offered water and a more welcoming energy that I didn’t receive. Overall, the service felt inconsistent and not in alignment with what was promised. This was my first time ever receiving a steam and my did I feel welcomed , the young lady made me feel so relaxed and cared for definitely will continue to return.
