Firstly, I was told the build would be between 6-8 weeks by Bill. That turned into 6 months. The paint job on the roof was done horribly. There’s paint all over the ac unit and instead of being red it looks pink because they didn’t do enough coats of paint. As I was driving the truck and trailer home one of the fenders and the break lights ripped off due to a poor welding job. I had to completely refabricate the trailer. Bill clearly didn’t even run both of my generators that power the truck. One of them turns off after about 20 minutes and that’s something he should of checked to see if the truck would even run properly. The plumbing was not up to code. That was not a cheap fix. Drilled holes and didn’t cover them with anything. He gave the truck back to me with dust and aluminum shavings covering the entire inside. To be honest, I can’t remember all the things that he did incorrectly at the moment. There was zero attention to detail. On top of the $35,000 I spent on the build I had to put another $4,000 into it to fix mistakes Bill could have easily avoided. If you are considering having someone do a build for you please look elsewhere. The amount of time and money this company cost me is well beyond the normal start up road blocks. I highly advise looking spending your money where people take pride in their work. If I could do it all over again I would never have given this...

It was a pleasure working with a team of professionals that stick to deadlines. They delivered a beautiful mobile kitchen that will cater weddings for 300 to 400 people. The kitchen is fully equipped to cater huge events in a 18 ft trailer…which it is impressive to fit soooo much equipment in a tight space and make it look good. My favorite are the small details… smooth aluminum walls with inset lights, blackout lights on the outside, closed storage etc. Also the paint job is TOP notch! We presented a few requests which were very demanding of them and they happily fulfilled our expectations.
