I have been looking for a great Dominican hair salon since I moved back from New Jersey and I was having a hard time finding and today I found the perfect salon.

I had an amazing experience at Yesi's Hair Forever Dominican Style. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and attentive. Yesi husband was an amazing greeter when my mom and I first walked in. He really made us feel welcome and also made us feel like we have been coming to the salon for years to get serviced. Maria did an PHENOMENAL job washing my hair and putting my deep conditioner in. Maria also made me feel comfortable. Best shampoo I have ever received. Yesi was PHENOMENAL as well and she gave me advice on taking care of my hair and keeping it healthy. Yesi was very patient with me and she took her time doing my hair and that’s a plus. The result was even better than I imagined—my hair has never looked or felt this good! The salon itself is extremely clean, vibrant, and relaxing. I have now found my new hair stylist and salon. I’ll definitely be returning very soon and recommending them to friends and family. Thank you all for the great service! Can’t wait for my next appointment. I just love my hair. First time going the receptionist guy delivered great customer service however the lady (who I believe to be the manger, possibly owner) was slightly rude. I walked in to get a silk press but noticed a couple of guests ahead me so I decided to the agree to the $20 deposit to secure my spot. The receptionist assure he’ll give me a call once my turn is near. I waited but no call was made so I call him. I arrived and notice the slightly rude lady put a guest ahead of me knowing/me showing her where my name was listed on the list. I was very disappointed because I secured my spot for a reason/ had a date the same night. One of her coworker assure her that I was the next one up, instead she allowed the other guest to go ahead anyway. I brushed it off and decided to give the business another chance.

The 2nd time going to Yesi hair salon, I went in to get a regular shampoo/deep conditioning wash. Once I got done, I made my way to the register where the guy receptionist was to make my payment just to notice the slightly rude manager to hover over the receptionist shoulder to make sure I pay. I felt so uncomfortable and won’t be coming back...

My hair was chemically burn due to stylist playing around with a guy there and not paying attention to what she was doing and literally put some type of chemical in my hair She didn’t even own up to her mistake She knew she made a mistake and my hair was severely burn as well as my scalp Now I am paying for dermatologist to regain growth to my hair and repair my scalp that was chemically burn due I will most likely take this to court because this has ruin my hair completely and it was my first time using this due to a friend gave me great reviews Will never in my life go back here And hope that someone pays for what they have done Not as me being revengeful but literally you are their to pay attention and be professional This is bad business And hopefully the person who made the mistake read this review Because they will definitely know exactly what I’m talking about Thank but...
