Great prices, selections and seating. Always clean everytime we go. ā UPDATEā I've NEVER had 1 single problem at this theater, UNTIL TONIGHT. Myself & 2 children arrived & paid for the 7:15pm showing of 5 Nights At Freddy's. Paid $65.82(upgraded pails, candy, tickets). I ALWAYS pick seats near the wall, b/c I don't like people walking by me to go to bathroom, etc... So, I picked D1,D2,D3. I was given a receipt for auditorium #5. Get over there & it says that movie started at 6:45pm. I figured there must've been two showings. I tell the girls to wait there & walked back over to the guy that rung us up( kind of tall, brown skin, possibly Spanish male). I explained to him that movie started already & I originally wanted to pay for the 7:15pm. He looks on the register and says, "Yes, there's a 7:15pm in auditorium #3." As he pointed. (Management can see all this on camera, if need be.) I get the girls & go to auditorium #3. We get settled in to the seats we paid for(or so we thought). The movie starts & all of a sudden, he's standing over us with a flash light, interrupting the movie that I paid $65.82, saying, "you're sitting in the wrong seats" I'm confused. I'm questioning him and he just keeps saying it's my fault bc the tickets say D1,D2,D3 and that's what I picked! I'm like yes, I know I pick them all the time, if available! At this point I'm really irritated, my heart is beating fast, & we're just all interrupting the movie for others. He says I need to move down to the end of the row at the aisle in the first three seats. We get down there and all the seats are taken and me and my children are standing in the aisle and everybody's looking at each other like we all got 10 heads!!!! He then asks the young female teenagers, if they could "please, just this time move your seats?" Now I'm more pissed & confused. We finally sit, after missing a good 15 minutes of the movie & I couldn't enjoy it at all!!! My mind is going over the scenario, over & over. Movies over. I go back to auditorium 5 where we were originally sent too. I took a video of the auditorium and the D-row with the numbers. And that's when it hit me, that the auditoriums are set up different. So I originally did pick my right seats, but when he allowed me to move over to the 7:15 movie, because that's the original one I wanted, HE NEVER GAVE ME NEW TICKETS FOR AUDITORIUM 3!!!! THE SEATS ARE NUMBERED DIFFERENT!!! All this chaos that he caused just because he forgot to switch the tickets out. Don't get me wrong. Everybody makes mistakes. Had he told me that he forgot to give me new tickets and needed me to move. I would have graciously got up and obliged, but it's the way he kept blaming me& being rude. Then after I took the video of the auditorium # 5 and went to him,at the counter, to explain to him what happened when he didn't switch the tickets, he got very rude with me and raised his voice & kept waving his hand at me to get out of his face and away from his counter!!! I wasn't even loud (have a small video of that too)! But after he disrespected me AGAIN, I called him an azzhole and left. We won't be back for awhile. I spend too much money in there and on gift cards to be treated that way.(which also can be verified through rewards card transactions& receipts from buying the gift cards) I usually buy gift cards to hand out for Christmas but I can guarantee you this year it will...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWe arrived here after ordering our tickets online. Had to queue at the front to print our tickets. But guess what, only one of the machines was working. When we finally got to use the one that was working, well, it didn't work. I realised, that that particular machine wad out of paper. So, we went to the counter where they served the pop corn and other healthy foods, and they scanned the phone screen, only to not be able to print the tickets there too. Great. But, the lad serving us just said go on through to the movie anyway. So, we did. Upon arriving. Theatre 8 for future reference, the back row. I believe was row 6. There was a couple of people there getting it on, a man and a woman. Clearly didn't realise the seats they were sat in were not beds, we left them to it. But as the movie went along, next thing we see is her arm and wrist doing various exercises, and him looking like he was panting like an asthmatic snail would be if it was going up hill. Absolutely disgusting behaviour and definitely not something we wanted to see going on in the cinema. There was unfortunately no staff about to tell about this either, so there was nothing we could do. We could probably of made some money by filming them ourselves and putting it online, but they were both far too ugly for that, and we were already there to watch a horror film, and we didn't want to see another. Anyway, for future reference, please don't sit on the back row there, especially if your female as you never know, thanks to these scruffs, you could end up pregnant, or worst still get aids. I won't be going here again. What a joke. Oh and the popcorn, smelled like someone had taken a dump in a bag. What is it they put on this stuff? It certainly wasn't butter. A rat wouldn't even go near it. Not...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreMy new favorite Movie Theater! Hands down. I drove 40 minutes to check it out after hearing/reading such positive reviews! First , I love the ticket prices , as someone who loves going to the movies and wanting to keep the industry and movie theater experience alive the ticket prices are a huge help as in comparison to larger movie chains around. That alone is a huge winner and with lower prices you certainly arenāt sacrificing anything as compared to some other theaters. In fact, you are gaining. The heated seats are amazing and the seats themselves are the most comfortable of any theater I have been in. The screen size is amazing and sound is perfect! The movie actually started on time so I am glad I got there early as we only had 2/3 trailers that started before the āstart timeā so if you are going , and if this is usual here remember to get there early as the start time is the actual movie start time! Popcorn was fresh and best I have had as well. Only complaint I would say , was when going in to find seats maybe either have more lightning on until the actual movie starts or light up the seat numbers better. Few people walked in and were obnoxious on talking about how they canāt see if it is their seat or not. But overall this is the best place to see a movie and Iām glad I found it and worth the drive to not spend double at regal or AMC with more possible crowds!
Do yourself a favor enjoy a night out ( or afternoon ) your wallet will thank you as well. Letās keep...
