We won't order from here again. Ordered last night. This was about the 3rd time or so they've messed up our orders, and we're done giving them chances. They forgot our house special fried rice. We had to call back. They did send someone else out to deliver it, at least. I ordered chow mein.. which SHOULD be thin noodles with some veggies and whatever meat I choose. What I got was skin to cabbage soup. It was nothing but cabbage and about 6 small pieces of beef, with a matchstick carrot here and there. No noodles to be found. They argued with my fiance and told him that's what it is. When the delivery driver came to drop off the fried rice they forgot, he told my fiance that it is indeed thin noodles. My fiance showed him my order and he said that is NOT what it's supposed to be. He even had my fiance send him a picture of it. But we didn't hear anything else from them, and they refused to replace it when my fiance originally called in. I have never asked for my entire meal to be replaced before.. but this is ridiculous. I didn't pay $9 for a quart of cabbage. The dumplings we ordered were also under-done, despite being ordered fried. The meat inside was pale.
We won't be back, and will order from delivery from one of the many other places...
Read moreI'm a once every few months customer, prices are really jacked-up and food quality is inconsistent. Had a dead Chinese beetle in my Lo Mein on one occasion, on another has one of those spotted lantern flies in my white rice. Last time I ordered, my step-fathers sweet & sour soup spilled in the bag and the delivery guy knew about it and said nonchalantly "oh hey, your soup kinda spilled, I noticed it before I left, but like, um, yeah, it's not a big deal. Just you know, call back for more." He was also 2 hours late (yes I wrote hours.) Called back for more soup free of charge, which they guaranteed but no new soup came and my step-dad had to resort to eating hotdogs on take out night. The time before last, I ordered online and their system crashed unbenounced to me, and I waited for 4 hours and gave them a call. There's times where their food and service hits a first pitch home run, but then there's times when they just get 3 strikes in a row. I advise...
Read moreThey stepped up their game a little bit. We avoided going here for a while after a couple bad experiences but we tried them again and the food have been good.
I am disappointed though as we ordered chow mein (as seen above with the chicken and cabbage) and there is no noodles. Instead it is rice but the lo mein had noodles. I have never received chow mein without noodles and thought that is the name of the noodles. Also I ordered 90. Beef szechuan style and received regular and vegetables. It was not spicy and had no peppers in it. It clearly say on the menu that it is spicy.
Its like playing food roulette but you still have to pay for the things you did...
