One of the ladies that works there. She’s been working there for the longest and idk why she’s still there when she’s so rude. Has no type of customer service honestly. I bought my phone there and went to ask about my insurance since my screen broke and she was super rude, using a loud voice, talking about I didn’t have insurance and I told her I was paying for insurance through AppleCare. She said that’s not possible, you didn’t buy it from Apple. Right now, I feel like going and laughing in her face because I do have AppleCare and got my screen fixed! Someone needs to tell her to lower her bossiness down and learn more before saying anything. Will not be returning here ever again. Thanks...

Do not come here they are not a corporate store! They are scams! If you do not step into a corporate store "authorized dealers" can basically scam you! Horrible customer service! Bad customer service I will report to MetroPcs. There are already 2 occasions that I visit this business. Hispanic salespeople seem angry. I will call Metro customer service definitively.
