Good campground, but I spent an hour trying to figure out how to use the washing machines. My first washroom I got everything to go, and I stuck my card (debit) in the slot ; just to be disappointed with an error sign. My second washroom I got everything ready to go ( clothes in machine with detergent on top ), as I put my card in the machine another error sign displayed on the lcd screen . My third washroom I got everything ready to go , and I walked over to the ideal store to get quarters just for them to say no. At this point I was so confused, and I thought all odds were against me . Why can't there be a simple sign in the washroom that says only accepts prepaid laundromat card that can be purchased at the office( doesn't except debit card ) . Simple right. I was never informed about having to use a prepaid card. I think this is hilarious 😂 to be honest. I couldn't imagine watching the frustration on the consumers face via security camera . I would constantly laugh seeing how dumb us consumers can actually be . I talked to many people , and they also had the same problem . It must be a little funny seeing the confusion on the other end of the camera; that was placed (for safety). No other problems , honestly a pretty...
Read moreTLDR: Stayed here for a week in a 43’ fifth wheel and would stay again. Pros: •VERY quiet. Peaceful. •Easy check-in. They had all our info outside and ready for us. •Felt very safe. •Pet friendly (designated dog areas and a huge grassy area for dogs. I do however wish it was fully fenced in) •Seemingly brand new back part of park. •Very clean sites (they were power washing vacant sites when we arrived) •Level sites •Laundry on site •30 min to City •on-site store that has everything you’d need •on-site propane •Sites are close but still roomier than most in the Bay Area. We still felt a sense of privacy unlike other parks. You get your site and the parking pad next to it •You actually have space to bring out awning •pull-thru sites •Full hookup 30/50 amp •Decent water pressure •Big rig friendly. We stayed with a 43’ fifth wheel with 4 slides.
Cons: •There isn’t much to do in the immediate area •Older part of park can look a little run down but it is still better maintained than others •Harder to reach (I called many times before being able to speak with someone and never got a response to emails)
Overall I recommend this park for short or...
Read moreCame to dump our tanks. Arrived at 4:45 or so. Paid to dump... Then dumped. While were filling up our water tank and organizing our outside storage, a woman came out of her house looking visably angered. She walked up to me and told me that I should not have been here, because they stop allowing people to dump at 4:30 and that I needed to have stopped dumping by 5 PM. I told that I had stopped dumping a while ago and were just organizing and filling up. She then told me to hurry up and leave and walked away. I looked around for signage about the times ... Nothing... The website only says that the dumpsite closes at 5pm. After about 5-10 minutes the woman walks back out and puts up a sign that says that the dumpsite is closed. At no point did this woman tell me that she was the manager, I had to ask. To put this into further context... I am a black man and she is a white woman. I will not go back to this RV park, nor should anyone else as this service sucked. I don't know if this woman is racist or just plain rude, but this entire situation could have been handled...
