Pintuck & Purl — Local services in North Hampton

This is my new go-to quilt shop and Bernina dealer. I found this shop at the New England Quilt Expo and was so impressed with Maggie and her team. I ended up getting an offer I could not refuse on a 770QE and could not be happier! they were the only booth that also had some of my favorite fabric designers. they were incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and I am impressed with all of the in-store opportunities (and links to tutorial videos) to learn about using my machine and expanding my skills whether it be a class or private lesson. I also learned that this is the store behind the Bernina by the Sea event which i have had my eye on for the last year or so which only makes me like this store that much better. I always want to support my local small businesses and Pintuck and Purl is a store I will now go out of my way to support to ensure it is around for...

It’s fine, and I’ve bought from them before, but I’m a little disappointed they don’t seem to rotate their stock much. Went in today and they had a lot of the same fabric as they had a year or two ago when I last went in.

It drives me up the wall that they rip fabric, it makes a huge stringy mess and gives you two inches worth of fabric you can’t use. Even if you cut extra to compensate it’s not worth it, cut the darn fabric please!

They also don’t sell much in the way of individual fat quarters, and 3.75 a pop is pretty high. They have high quality stuff at least, in both yarn and fabric.

I feel like they could dedicate more of their store to fabric and less to machines, but I get that they sell a lot of Berninas so it must be worth...

The curated merchandise is the best of the best! The fabric selection is modern and FUN (chef's kiss!). We're talking Liberty of London, Rifle Paper Co & Ruby Star Society (to name a few)! This is on top of amazing knitting and other other crafting notions.They offer very cool classes & events too.

This is on top of the absolute amazing staff! Everyone is friendly, helpful and you can tell they enjoy what they do! I can not say enough wonderful things about this shop other than "take my wallet!". A must see on your list and there is a wicked fun brewery, just down the street called Throwback Brewery. So drop your partner off there first & then have some fun at...
