Verizon — Local services in North Kingstown

This is DEFIITELY a FIVE star review for Matt P. at the Verizon store on 76 Gate Road in North Kingstown, RI. I decided to leave my old phone and home wifi provider and go to Verizon several months ago. To make a very long story short, I received a $200 gift card to redeem any way I wished and I wanted to use it to pay my most recent Home Fios bill. I tried on my computer....the gift card couldn't be processd because I had auto pay and I didn't wish to disable it. I tried several other methods...no go. While visiting a friend in Nevaa, I went to a Verizon store there to get help...NOBODY could figure how to redeem the card. I came back to RI and visited a store there...no luck again. I gave up for a month and decided to try again. I chatted online and the only thing they managed to do is disable my auto pay and the system still woudn't process the card. THEN I went to the Gate Road Verison store. After some brief attempts and then a bit of research and creativity, MATT FINALLY WAS ABLE TO GET THE SYSTEM TO REDEEM MY GIFT CARD!!!!!!! I was over-the -the-top ecstatic!!!!! I was no longer considering dumping Verizon, thanks to Matt!!! Thank you a million times over, Matt, for your help, your patience, and your willingness to take time and think...

My husband and I visited the Verizon store located on Gate Road in North Kingstown today, to explore options for upgrading our phones. We were pleasantly surprised to have one of the best customer service experiences we've ever encountered when purchasing wireless devices.

The representative who assisted us, Joshua, was exceptionally knowledgeable and responsive. He patiently addressed all of our questions and concerns, providing clear answers about the features of various phone models and their compatibility with our current plan. To ensure we understood our options, he printed out a detailed estimate that broke down the costs, including any potential promotions or discounts.

Joshua also took the time to explain the changes we could expect in our monthly bill, clarifying how different plans would impact our overall expenses. His thoroughness and willingness to go the extra mile made the process enjoyable and stress-free. Jason at the Quonset location on Gates Rd in North Kingstown worked with me for over a week-10 days as I puzzled out my best solutions for Smart phone and WiFi. He was informed and patient in describing the options available and how each worked. Jason was insightful in articulating various scenarios and applications. He further accommodated my scheduling issues and went so far as to offer assistance setting up blue tooth for me in my vehicle. Admittedly, I approached the Verizon store somewhat reluctantly having had negative experiences on-line and by telephone trying to solve via the bots and algorithm or voice mail abyss. Jason was responsive and brought caring, intelligent and great customer service energy to the whole experience. Wireless Zone must appreciate his soft skills and well-developed customer centered abilities in addition to his content knowledge.
