However, I’m giving this location a one-star review because the lack of working power outlets for laptops and mobile devices has been an ongoing issue for 6 months to a year. Despite staff submitting IT tickets and voicing concerns on behalf of customers, management has done nothing to address the problem. Read moreI have never been in a Starbucks where 6 people are working - no customers anywhere - it takes 10 minutes for one of the 6 to come to the register even though they all were just doing tasks like cleaning and getting ice.
Then it took 10 minutes to start my Latte even though no other expresso coffees were being made. I had to ask.
It seemed like young girls who are very poorly trained. Did not seem like a professional group. More like an ice cream shop.
No idea if one of the was a supervisor.

I took my daughter for a drink & let me say every part of my first time experience was great, thanks to ALEX - the amazing starbucks worker, she was extremely patient and sweet with me and my daughter who did not understand drink size, names or even drinks for that matter. Alex was literally the best. I was worried about having someone annoyed with my little knowledge of the menu. I will definitely be returning....
