Burger King — Restaurant in North Kingstown

Was in the neighborhood shopping with my son we decided to stop at this Burger King for a quick bite to eat before our next travel location. They only use kiosks no cash inside this store as this was the only option given. As I was standing their waiting for my order I noticed just how much of a mess it was inside with stuff just thrown everywhere, trash overflowing and tables in front dirty as well as the back being dirty. I reached out to the company but got a phone call from the manager on duty stating she was short staffed and offered me a free meal at this location as if I would return here. It doesn’t take much to keep your working area clean all the trash inside and outside this restaurant were overflowing. At the time of me entering there was only 1 couple eating inside and about 3 in the drive through. There was 6 employees on at 2pm in the afternoon there was plenty of time to clean. The same manager that called me back had enough time to sneak out for a cigarette break but not enough to clean this place. I had to eat in my car. I had sent these pictures to corporate as well but I guess these franchise owners don’t care about this place as they have not reached out either it’s been more than a week. My order was deleted from the screen so I had to wait extra long for my order, same as the woman ahead of me. When the woman ahead of me told the employee that she hadn't gotten her order he was stumbling over his words after figuring out her order was deleted and eventually just walked away from her. When the woman continued to wait she asked again about her food and the employee told her that the kitchen is already filling other orders and he can't just tell them to stop to make hers. A manager got involved and immediately filled the womans order. The same manager filled my order for me once she realized mine was deleted too. When I got my food and sat down, I discovered that I was given the very specific order of a hamburger with ketchup only that the poor lady ahead of me had been waiting for for one of her grandchildren (she had already left by that time). The manager immediately had my correct sandwich made. While I do feel for the manager, especially since she said she had 3 callouts and all new employees working, this experience is a common occurrence at any Burger King I've been to. I been having terrible reviews with this place but they must of got the hint. The drive thru lady was ignorant and almost guaranteed to mess up your order everytime, well they got rid of her. Yay! I know this because i frequent the place alot my family lives 2 mins away. They have a young female with glasses sometimes with out glasss that works it now and shes polite and gets it right the first time. I forgot her name but she deserves a raise i beleave shes spanish and white a neighbor of my familys. I gave four stars because their frys always taste oiled dowm.
