I used to work here, and I'm normally a really big fan of their food... But not when my order is put in completely wrong after i had her repeat it to me... I don't really understand how someone can repeat an order back to you the right way, but still manage to put it in the computer wrong... I used to work here. I know it gets loud and hard to understand people on the phone, but just have them repeat the order. Its better to have the customer repeat it more than once, rather than guess and hope its right. and of course- my food took an hour to get to me & i live five minutes down the road. Mind you, i ordered two Italian grinders (that were extremely soggy on top of being completely wrong. They were Most likely soggy because they were sitting on top of the oven due to the fact that they very rarely have enough delivery drivers to get peoples food out in a timely manner. One of the grinders didn't even have the chips with it either!) Please train your employees to take orders! It's sad that i refrain from ordering, unless Emily is working... Because at least i know my food will be put in the computer & sent to the kitchen the way i want it made. Like i said, i am normally a huge fan of four brothers, but... I dont think ill be ordering from here for a while. Also... The whole handful of fries for two dollars extra with your sandwich thing is really cheap. If you want good food that's fresh & will get delivered at a decent time, go to socrates. The owners make their food with love- the way food should be made. Read moreI've been a long time customer of Four Brothers restaurant and previous Tony's. I asked that my order (sm pizza + 2 appetizers) to be delivered and no-contact delivery which they have done since covid19 and they've always rang + knocked and the delivery driver have ALWAYS called or txt to make sure I received my order but last night's delivery order the driver did not ring or knocked nor txt or called so it sat at my doorstep for 45mins the pizza was cold and appetizers luke warm so I called and the nice lady who answered said they will replace my order and apologized.. then they called me back to say Ed the MANAGER/OWNER refused a replacement and so I called his cellphone number and a lady answered and said Ed was too busy to hear my complaint on his cellphone! I said to the lady "Ed is too busy to speak to a customer?" and to hear her say out loud to ED the MANAGER/OWNER what I said then he got on the phone with a raised voice that he was too busy and was not going to replace my order which I replied "so you want a customer to get sick from your cold food" and he proceeded to tell me that I requested a no-contact and so thats what the delivery drivee did which I laughed and said "how was I to know my food had arrived?" with his reply was that the delivery driver rang the bell and i said "so you are saying a customer is lying to you?" He then said he would replace my order.

Read moreHi! My husband and I order take out at least once to twice a week. We live in the condo complex across the side street here - great food by the way. However, the one time in about four years since living over here we decided to walk in and sit down for dinner. I am highly disappointed in the service to say the least. Were they busy - no, were there excessive phone calls - no. What unfortunately rubbed me the wrong way was our wrong chicken wing order that what served to us. Which honestly no problem. BUT, the waitress then looks at the other waitress and says "well thats what I heard" There was no apology, no asking how our food was but then we realize she no longer took our table. It is highly unprofessional and discouraging, since we literally order from this place weekly. Coming from running a business myself this is not how I want to spend my "low key" night.
