After sitting in drive thru behind a single car waiting to place order for over 20 minutes we pulled around to the cashier. The cashier politely asked us to wait at her window although there wasn't a car at the 2nd window I was eventually told to pull forward to pick up my order. I already know what is happening as I've worked as team lead in fast food industry through the yrs & a staff of 2 from 1 am-6 am in TX (different restaurant). Your time is important but not so important you do all you can to fool corporate like this specific location has a habit of doing. We were asked if we needed ketchup and of course we didnt. I stated I was going to check my order (have had many wrong in the past & last time the a different lady tried to give us our food covered in our dumped sodas) I was informed I could pull around the front check my order if incorrect I pull back around in line and to get off her time. Me being me I informed her I have worked in the industry and well aware of the time clock but I was going to check my food. At that time she stated for me to pull around and get off her time clock. I informed I would check my order first as the burgers were not marked and I stated this fact. I was told in her words "I made your burgers so I know they're correct so get off my time" which I did not. The staff there for the most part is rude, sloppy and do not care that the customers are the reason they have a job. So few of their locations have a decently trained staff that doesnt get ghetto with the customers. Something most people do not realize is you do not have to move you as the customer have the right to check your food and have it corrected right there at the window. Read moreJust 9 months ago I gave this same location one of my best reviews. The manager Wynne was very friendly and helpful. But this evening at 10pm I had a bad experience, the only person I interacted with was the drive through attendant a thin black lady. The ironic thing is the situation was almost the same as 9 months ago, only difference is I've patronized this same location almost every Wednesday since. I order the Wednesday $1 whopper special and as usual the attention ask for the coupon code, I had already opened my Burger King app but when I looked the app was in the middle of updating and was moving slow plus freezing up. I explained to the attended/cashier what was happening and she said you have to give me a code, I said that I understand that but could she please put in the code because I knew that the code was the same for everyone ordering the Wednesday whooper for a $1 special. Her only reply was no you have to give me the code. I gave up and ordered chicken nuggets and showed the drive through attendant my so she could see the BK app was still trying to update. She actually leaned out the window and laughed in my face and said again you have to give me the code, "WOW" now that's about as rude as it gets!
On top of that the car in front of me order was taking a long time and wasn't ask to pull up. But just last week I was ask to pull around and wait for my order even though there was no one behind me in line and was told they were on a timer and that I would be responsible for the unfavorable time in service causing a reprimand to the staff from upper management, so I pulled forward. Read moreMy husband and I went there around 2pm so the lunch rush was over. There was nobody in line, only one table of 3 that was almost finished with their meal and one car in the drive thru. We made our order to eat there. First, they didn't even ask if it was for here or to go and so we received our order in a bag. I ordered a chicken sandwich with mayonnaise only. When I open the wrapper I could see lettuce was on it. Instead of taking it back I was just going to take the lettuce off but, when I opened the sandwich I found a big hair on it, so I took it back to the counter. At first I was just ignored then a finally a guy came up and asked me if I needed something. I showed him that there was a hair on it and that I had asked for mayonnaise only as well. He laid the sandwich down on the counter and walked off I thought he was going to get me another sandwich. I thought wrong he just left me there. Another customer walked in so, a lady came to the cash register and noticed I was standing there and after she finished their order, she asked me if she could help me I said, yes that's my sandwich that had a hair on it and was made wrong. She finally got me another sandwich that was made right. My husband already had his meal finished by the time I got to sit back down. I was very patient through all of this but, I found them to be very rude and felt very unwelcomed. That is not a place I would want to return to. That was far from good customer service.
