Queen Nails — Local services in North Miami Beach

I came here to do my birthday nails and was highly disappointed. At first everything was great the staff was polite, place is clean, great prices. I asked the guy for clear based color powder with gel polish on top. He told me to pick a color and handed me the colorful nails to choose from(Im thinking its for the gel polish since I asked for clear/natural dip) but he starts to put pink dip powder on my nails. I kept telling him I wanted it natural and clear, no pink. He continuously kept trying to go against how I wanted my nails to be done. After a constant back and forth exchange(non aggressively) about the misunderstanding about the clear dip powder he refused my service. I told him i would write a review on this and he said he wanted to cut my nails off. I told him he is not allowed to touch my hands anymore and walked out. This was highly unacceptable especially because I told him these were my birthday nails everywhere else was about to close, I was so patient and was told to leave. This place is unsafe!! If you like to keep your own nails healthy stay away from this place. I needed a nail soaked off the women said she could do it then when I sat in her chair she jammed something under the nail to pop it off making me bleed I was so confused because she said she would soak it off but then did that. When I explained that I keep my natural nails and only do acrylic on top she was soo nasty and told me “Don’t complain I do it good!” Now that was impossible to do because she broke my real nail off with the acrylic so I would need a fake tip on that nail. So I left feeling like I’d basically just been assaulted. Horrible customer service and unsafe...

I got an acrylic full set by John and he did a very poor job. I could tell he was new and inexperienced so I tried to give him grace but I was in there way too long. Halfway through the set I as sent to another nail techs table so she could fix his job. She fixed the shape and did her best but he had already started poorly.

LESS than TWO DAYS later nails started popping off. The female nail tech replaced one. And now less than 1 week later. Every single one of them has popped off with the exception of the one that was replaced.

As a reference I can usually go about 3 weeks before I even get the feeling that one of them might come off
