One baristas took my cash payment, handed me my food & then approximately 3 minutes later (still waiting on drink) another baristas comes to window with drink but stops to the register. I had to ask is that my beverage? He states "yes" so of course any person after paying already would ask "what am I waiting for, I paid?" He tells me that I wasn't charged an extra $1.00 for the extra inclusions. I was shocked to know after asking for extra inclusions from other locations (habitual eater at Starbucks & normally pay on app) that there was an extra fee. Now, I didn't have a problem paying but I've already cashed out, held the line longer, & not being informed when he approached the window with my beverage that I wasn't charged, and I had to ask. That was the frustration for me. I can't believe I spent so much of my hard earned money here for 2 years given all the times they screwed up my order, took forever despite not having any other customers, and this last visit was truly my LAST visit. I showed up at 7:00 sharp and the clock struck 701 as I pulled up to the speaker, which was my fault but they were so rude! They ignored my plea for a quick cold brew but they were still serving their last customer at the window so I was stuck behind the car. When the car drove away, the two attendants looked at each other and made it a point to ignore me, started picking up and walked to the back.
