Hattie's House — Local services in North Miami

Went in for the first time for some candles and bath soap. Was very hot and sweaty so don’t expect A/C. Small space so it gets kind of crowded. Wasn’t greeted at the door so I was left to wander. Super happy they had the candle I was looking for. They also have some custom made dressed candles and their own homemade Florida water. Customer service wasn’t too friendly as some old lady seemed like she was over it and just wanted to take my money. Got closer to the register to look at more things and instead of being informed on the products and their uses during my visit I was just being upselled the whole time. Kind of disappointing......I was even told to buy a certain perfume for one of my chakras randomly when I’ve already done a chakra test and know exactly which one of my chakras I needed to work on and the recommendation was terrible .... They personalize your experience and can lead you in the right direction. They make their own oil scents, dressed candles, chakra oils and home made Florida water. I swear by Hattie’s Florida water!! I was impressed with Hattie’s House: large stone selection. The place is in the heart ❤️ of North Miami on 125th st., easy to find. The place is clean, a bit small but Im telling you, lots of different stones. I felt a good positive energy upon entering Hattie’s. Customer service was amazing: Flossy was very helpful, her knowledge of stones & crystals made me feel very comfortable. The prices were great.
