We made a mistake buying sofas in this store. The quality is disgusting. The folding mechanism was broken from the first day and my husband had to fix it, nails are sticking out, the padding is sticking out from everywhere, the board is cracked and the fabric is nailed to the bottom of the sofa anyhow, nails and staples are sticking out from the bottom of the sofa that we hurt our hands when we were transporting the sofas to another city. I do not recommend anyone to buy sofas here. They do not check the quality at all. Very disappointed.

P.S. My husband did not want to call and return the goods because the metal mechanism was broken and he fixed it himself. We saw the whole horror only when we moved to another city and had to take out the sofas. We did not expect such "quality". The sofas are not professionally made. The board is of poor quality and has a crack, the upholstery fabric is not nailed down and pieces of padding polyester stick out from under the fabric. Staples and nails stick out all over the bottom of the sofa where possible, but not where it is necessary to nail the boards well and secure the upholstery fabric. A warranty is not needed for sofas if they are made well. The supplier of these sofas and your employees should check the goods...

I received the most WONDERFUL help from the staff at J and K Home Furnishings. I was in need of a couch, and several other things, and Julie went OUT OF HER WAY to work with me via email with lots of choices, pictures, specific measurements, making it easier to work with her remotely while not living permanently in the beach area. All the ladies at this location were helpful and kind, doing all that they could to help me find my awesome couch! The process was quick and easy and the prices were great, with me being able to take advantage of a tax free period promoted by the store to help the buyer. Delivery set up was fast and easy, and I am looking forward to receiving our new couch. At a time when folks seem to be leaning toward online shopping for the most part, it is so nice to remember the joy and personal interaction of working with people in person and "seeing" and "trying out" what is being purchased. We just made our second purchase from this store. We got a great deal on our first purchase of a headboard for our second bedroom. The second time we wanted to shop for a swivel barrel Chair and chose to shop this store first. Julie was very friendly and pointed us to the large selection of these chairs. She urged us to sit in each chair and find one that fit our requirements. Then she quickly and deftly flipped through the fabric books after we gave her our color suggestions. She has a flair for design and fabric that you don't always see in a furniture salesperson. We bought a floor model chair and she was quick to ensure that the chair was covered for safe transportation in our truck. JK Furnishings has a wonderful selection of many top notch furniture manufacturers. I would return for a third visit when I need...
