My husband picked dinner up for us on Monday January 6, 2025 and waited for wings to be cooked and when he got home with them they were not fully cooked. When I contacted the manager on the phone she was rude and would not even give me her name when asked twice. She just responded by saying she would be there when I got there. When I arrived she continued to be nasty with me and argue with me instead of offering to make it right. I then told her I saw why she refused to give me her name as she continued to argue with me. She also involved customers one of whom was in the restaurant and then his girlfriend who came in and caused a seen stating I was making her man feel uncomfortable and she had to come in and see why. Then this so called manager said she wanted both their names in case something were to come of this. (These people were drunk at 6 pm) needless to say when I left there after 15 minutes of this manager arguing with me and refusing to make my order right and refusing to refund my money which I told her where she could shove it. I left and as I was leaving these drunk biligerant customers chased me to my vehicle threatening me so when I got home I emailed Bojangles and requested to be contacted. 5 days later and still haven’t heard a word. Read moreYou can't go wrong with Bojangle's breakfast and this place is no exception. Every time I've come the food has been pretty spot on. I'm a big fan of the Cajun filet chicken biscuit, their Bo-rounds and a tea to wash it down. I can't speak much for the atmosphere because 99% of the time I just hit the drive thru. The service is usually pretty good - it's a fast food drive thru, not too much to say there. I say "usually" because recently an order of mine got messed up, and halfway home my wife realized it so we had to turn around and sit through a very congested intersection to get back. After explaining the mix up, I was handed what we were supposed to have gotten and that was it. I mean, I get it - it was a Sunday morning and they were busy, and mistakes happen. But never once did I have someone say "sorry about that" or try to apologize in any way, shape or form. Good customer service means expecting a mistake every now and then, and apologizing for the mix up and the inconvenience done to the customer. I ordered all thighs and they were cooked to perfection, seasoned to perfection, just amazingly wonderful. The green beans were exceptional. All of the extra fixin's were exceptional as well. The Manager, Wes, is a wonderful leader, helpful, kind, bent over backwards to get my order right and helped with my Uber Driver. My Uber driver, JoAnn, was the BEST. She was awarded for her excellent delivery service with a BIG CASH TIP. I have found a store that I will continually visit for perfect food. I was eating leftovers at 3:00 a.m. this morning.
