My daughters and I were so excited to visit the store! They have unique, adorable clothing and jewelry. The salespeople were very helpful UNTIL my daughter looked at a bracelet in the case. The salesperson said it was $68, so she went to buy it. It was, in fact, $168. My daughter was stunned when it was rung up. We went right back into the store to return it, and learned that the store policy is NO RETURNS. So, essentially, the lady duped my daughter into spending $168. We picked out four bracelets for the price of the one. Not to mention how the ladies had no idea how to process a return. We will NEVER go back there, and will tell our family and friends who live in the area not to go there as well. The return policy was not posted anywhere. Poor business model, and they need to get employees who know how to work the computer. So...

If I could give this zero stars I would. Me and my mom went in Saturday around lunch to browse for her birthday. We were not greeted, and followed around like puppy dogs. The lady was following us around so bad that the worker knocked down one of there mannequins 😂 When my mom went to try on a pair of jeans the lady said “not trying to rush you but there is people waiting on the dressing room”. Mind you she was outside the dressing room trying to figure out if she needed a bigger size not just wasting time. And also there was one dressing room. You probably should get more than one. We have visited this shop before and loved it! However when we went this afternoon, a little after 4 PM, the staff did not greet us, offer assistance for certain items, or interact with us at all. All the while they were chatting about what they would buy next with their discounts. When we were leaving, we suggested that the staff should greet shoppers and they blamed their recent “shift change” as the reason behind their lack of response.
