Do not take your atv to get fixed here. We dropped our canam defender limited for a cracked belt box and a shredded belt. Once they took it in we got a call stating the belt box was not cracked and they fixed the belt. We went to go pick it up and the belt box was very much cracked right on the top by the first bolt you break loose. We left it again and asked them to do a service while we waited on the new box to come in and missed our ride. After 8 days they called and said the box was in and everything had been fixed. When we arrived to pick it up the second time there was still rubber all over the engine and engine bay. They stripped the bolts they put back on the new box because they used an impact wrench on the belt box bolts and voided my canam warranty. The fluids had not been filled yet again. We left it yet again with the agreement we need a new box that they destroy and they would fill fluids and grease everything. After waiting all day they called and told us everything was fixed except the box because they needed to order a new one. They told us to go on our vacation to West Virginia and they would fix everything after we got back. Once we got it home we noticed the pin to the bed shock was missing and the shock was shoved under the frame of the atv. We called back and they tried to tell us it was gone from the first day. However it was not cause nick couldn’t get the bed to even go down the first time and made a comment about the beds shocks. After reminding nick he said that he told us he would just fix the pin. Now that we have rode our side by side they charged to fix our breaks and our breaks are rubbing metal to metal and straight squealing every time you press them. Yes they told me to come back for a fourth time and they would fix all the issues they broke over a broken belt. We don’t fell they are fixing anything everytime they touch it our side by side get worse and more things get broken. The mechanics suck and if he has been at it for 40 years y’all have a bigger issues. All in all after $1460 to fix a broken belt box and belt and service the machine we got nothing done but more items broken and nothing fixed. I really hope canam gets our message and really looks in to this company and do better. Our machine isn’t even a year old and at its first service you ruined it. I will be calling brp today to speak with the manager of the company today. Please run people they are not professional and the service manager lady tries to make it your fault as hard as she can. However you kept my machine for four weeks and when we finally picked it up to go on vacation it was destroyed. We didn’t even see it after we dropped it off to you with two things wrong now I have a list. If brp won’t get involved my lawyer I have on retainer is ready to jump and get my money back so a real mechanic...
Read moreI was charged $610.56 MORE on my credit card than they said they were charging. After contacting them they said they charged a 3.5% credit card fee and added sales tax even though they said I would not be charged sales tax because I’m a dealer. Refused to make it right!! Beware!!

I’m not surprised by response after the type of business you have proven to be, but to clarify, since you think you’re “calling my husband out” lol… you did list one of my husband’s companies, but he has 6 more. SaltChasers is my business. In the 28 years we have been in business we have NEVER had anyone, especially a supposed reputable company, charge our credit card more than we were told. That should be illegal, but it’s definitely unprofessional and SKETCHY!!! Also, when we need documentation from a customer, we ask for it… How would we know what your company requires? As soon as we were asked, last week for our sales tax certificate, we provided it. Why ask for it last week if you weren’t planning to honor it? Hoping we couldn’t provide it? But, we did and you still refused to refund the money. Zero integrity!! We were told by Todd at your company what the total price was and charged over $600 more. Yes, two months have passed before we caught the over charge, but it was over a month before we received the part that you asked be paid before you could order it. We never thought to check behind you to verify you would actually charge what we were told…because we trusted you would do what you said… big mistake on our end for sure. With it taking over a month to receive the part and having to pay upfront should have been an indication, but we have never had a company take it upon themselves to change our card something different than what we were told! There’s no justification in your taking it upon yourself to change us $610.56 more than we were told. PERIOD. I look forward to sharing my experience with you and your company as often as possible. Your response proves the recklessness that you go about business... Trying to call my husband out on social media and put his name and his business name when we have done nothing wrong. We are the victims. Once again, if you are conducting business with this company, please be sure to check behind them on your credit card statement because they feel it's their right to charge whatever they want and you can read here to see how they treat customers and the lack of integrity in their actions and response.

I began my search for a Sea-Doo well over a year ago and visited the dealer several times since then. Injuries from a motorcycle accident last year necessitated having to postpone my purchase until now. Every time I visited the dealer I was given the full attention of Jason who always answered my questions and offered advice despite his knowing that I was not ready to make a purchase at those times. And that’s why I felt good about doing business with this dealer.
The inventory is good but Jason had to hunt down the model I wanted from another source as it is in high demand and their order from the factory has already. been fulfilled for this year. And in this regard he also excelled. He told me he would try to locate one for me and would get back to me, and in about 20 minutes or so he did, with the good news that he could get one for me.
Delivery of the PWC went smoothly with Jason giving me a thorough demonstration of all the features and functions.
This dealership is very easy on the eyes with a comfortable, spotless, modern showroom, offices, and customer areas.
And one last thing: this dealer is just that, a dealer. So do your homework and stop in when you’re ready to buy and ready to negotiate your best deal. They made it pretty easy for me to decide...
