Wanted to love this place. I loved their West Palm location! Was here on Friday 1/3 with a friend. My acai bowl was very generously sized and delish! However there were a few things that I didn't like: all the big bright lights were on which negatively impacted the atmosphere/vibe. Then they upcharged me $1 for decaf on my latte - and without telling me. I understand upcharging for oat milk, but neither their milk options nor their prices for these milks were on their menu, and they didn't tell me about the upcharge for the milk either. So I paid $6.50 for a medium decaf oat milk latte which I just don't understand. The bowl was reasonably priced but all that plus tip and I paid $22, which was more than anticipated. I want to support small businesses, and I'd go back for the bowl, but not the coffee, and I would hope they can note the feedback about the bright lights. Kills the chill vibe I know they're going for because otherwise I...

Exactly what North Palm has needed! Where has The Groves been our whole lives? Well I’ll tell you, in West Palm actually where their original location is. Walking in you instantly know your in for a treat, the welcoming, smiling face of the staff greeting me as “my love” warms your souls as much as the sweet aroma of baking pastries and high quality espresso. I popped in for a quick bite to go, ordering the eggs with tomatoes and avocado and whole wheat toast, the tuna wrap and a café con Leche. I last minute added a guava cheese pastry and was out the door under $28. I think that’s fair! The atmosphere is unmatched, like walking into the Garden of Eden! The food, a complete success! I highly recommend giving this place a try! You’ll be...

I ordered a latte and my wife ordered a tea with milk and a muffin. My latte was very good, but my wife had to go back to the counter with her tea because the milk that was added to the tea was frothy. So they replaced the tea and added regular milk but my wife still disliked the tea and didn't drink it. The muffin she ordered was wrapped in plastic and was not very good. The places layout and decor is very nice. The atmosphere not great and service was not good. Hard to communicate simple requests. Probably will not return unless I need service to my car at Firestone which is just next store. This is either a great convenience or just a plain eyesore.
