A Cut Above Salon & Spa — Local services in North Platte

This is my go to place for hair!! Fabulous Gina always goes above and beyond for her salon and client's!! I inadvertently had to cancel my hair appointment for an unexpected trip out of town and she and her staff did everything they could to find a way to make it work for me to come in on a different day, without having to wait for weeks on end!! Most people know that you have to book a cut and highlight way in advance so when a spur of the moment cancelation has to be thrown upon your stylist and staff at the last minute, you sure don't expect them to make you the important person. Well they did just that!!! They made me the important person and found a way to get me back within a timely manner and that says more then just going to get your hair done!! Tehya was amazing to work with! I came into the salon with four very different inspiration photos, and she took the time to walk through each one with me. She explained how each look would transition back to blonde, which helped me confidently make a final decision. I really appreciated her honesty and genuine expertise throughout the process. Being new to the area, I also loved how welcoming she was—she even shared a few local spots to check out! I previously heard good things about this place from someone I worked with, so I called them up to ask about their prices and some information about what products they use. The receptionist was helpful at first, but when she had to get the stylist to answer some of my questions, the stylist had a condescending tone and attitude, which in turn made the receptionist giggle. Not a good way to harvest customers girls! I went along and booked with another place where they were much kinder and professional.
