I 100% recommend their services alongside the company Riddles as they’re doing something right employing these two wonderful individuals! My occasion happened to be engagement leading to marriage and they did a wonderful task not only pleasing my significant other as a secret but also saving me money on a sale deal, it was a win win! Great new location with the same amazing service! Kristy the “Watch Lady” took care of me and got me new batteries. Just don’t ask what time it is…HA! Kelly, the manager is super friendly and will make you feel right at home! Would highly recommend this place for watch batteries and other fine jewelry.

Service was terrible all around. Took my ring to get resized and was told it would take 2-3 weeks. I had no problem with that until it took 6 weeks instead. Called multiple times and every time the sales representatives were very rude. Went into the store one day and they had stated the ring was lost. They told me they would call me when they found it and there wasn’t much they could do. Eventually got my ring resized free of charge but still very upset/disappointed with the...
