Amigos/Kings Classic — Restaurant in North Platte

9/6/22 update. Purchased salad and tea. The tea smelled horrid. Ice machine and tea dispensers need sanitized and cleaned. I opened my tea and it smelled like sewer and mold. 🤮🤢 Please fix this! Employees are lazy and too dumb to even run a credit card machine correctly. They said my card was declined so I checked my bank account to confirm I had plenty of funds which was the case, so we gave them my wife's card and they said it was declined as well. We drove 5 minutes down the road to Taco John's (which has better food anyways) and ordered using my card with ZERO issues. Plus the employee running the cards at Amigos was losing their voice and coughing a lot, most likely handling food when sick with COVID. We always like to come eat here when we come to town. Tonight it was horrible. Food was cold, ordered the special (meat enchilada dinner plate and drink for $5) asked them to hold the rice and beans. And was told they couldn't do that. Seriously? Next time we just have to throw away the rice and beans to get the special. Wow! Argued about it. Said they would do it this time.
