Read moreThey resold the sofa they sold me. I couldn’t take it home the same day because they hadn’t unloaded it. I was supposed to get a call to let me know it was ready and, an answer regarding a free television with a sofa purchase promotion that they didn’t honor. We went back 3 days later after no call came and they said they had sold the sofa. If I wanted it I would have to wait at least 3 more days to get it. This left a sour taste in my mouth so I decided to cancel the transaction. They refused to return my money so I had to call the lender and have them cancel the transaction because the store employees refused to do it. I also called my bank to get my money back. I have had to jump through hoops because of their no return policy on a product I NEVER received. They wanted to give me store credit.
I have called many times , and like I said; I waited on a notice that never came and we were told by your employees that the one we had purchased was sold and were offered a different color. We were also told that you might be able to bring a second sofa at 6pm but that was a maybe. At that point I decided to cancel everything and called the lender from your parking lot which then called you to confirm the situation. You were are that I was canceling the transaction and all you keep saying is I can’t make a return. But it’s not a return .. you clearly sold a sofa that was already sold.

Read moreI visited on the 2nd they were really helpful and got everything set up for us. But when it came to delivery (the 5th) half of our delivery was missing “due to them not having my paperwork”. They delivered the wrong boxspring and when we returned on the 9th to get an update on the other half of our order they said the following Wednesday (the 12th) which is fine and then we tried to order more. The leasing account got locked and they had me call and when I called they were out of office which was also fine. But they said the original downpayment was refunded and I needed to do it again but because the account was now locked I couldn’t and me and my husband decided that that was enough bs and cancel. The manager Harley got upset and gave us attitude over it, also I would like to add that they are very inconsistent my husband and I were told multiple times that we would receive calls or text from them and they never followed through the only way we were able to contact anyone was if we called as a CSR myself if you say your gonna follow up and call you need to follow up or call. When you are in store they are nice but once you leave it’s a complete shit show. I would not recommend just go to ikea, Walmart or amazon you get the same furniture quality for much cheaper.
