I recently attended a crystal healing event at Halcyon House Gemstones and Minerals Spiritual Shop, and I was blown away by the experience. The shop is absolutely beautiful, with a wide variety of high-quality crystals and minerals to choose from. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain the properties and uses of each crystal I was interested in.

During the event, we were guided through a crystal healing meditation, which was incredibly relaxing and rejuvenating. The staff also provided information on how to use crystals for healing and manifestation, which I found to be very informative and helpful.

As part of the event, I also purchased a black stone bracelet, with the intention of harnessing its protective powers against negative energy. The bracelet features a sleek black stone, surrounded by solid brass beads, and is adjustable to fit any wrist. From my understanding, the black stone in my bracelet is likely Black Onyx, a powerful stone known for its ability to ward off negative energy and promote strength and confidence.

I have been wearing my bracelet for a few days now, and I have definitely noticed a difference in my overall mood and energy levels. The staff at Halcyon House were knowledgeable and helpful in explaining the properties and uses of the different stones they carry, and they provided a card with my bracelet, detailing the unique set of powers that the Black Onyx carries.

Really beautiful store and a great experience. The owner was happy to help and just as happy to let me wander freely. She was very welcoming and gave me the quick tour when I walked in, and never rushed me even though I was checking out right at closing time. The organization is gorgeous and functional. Every single thing is labeled clearly with price and stone type, which is great for a newbie like me. There are also little info cards for each stone which was nice to read about. :) I appreciate that everything was displayed waist level and up. The lighting was excellent for examining stones and not too bright either. Pricing is about as expected for most stones but the quality can’t be beat. Every single thing I looked at seemed to be in perfect condition with beautiful marbling and colors. It felt very high-end, like everything in the store was hand-picked and not just bought in bulk. Edit: I am very upset and disappointed to have to update this review with this. I purchased a necklace with a large heart shaped piece of sodalite in a silver flowered surround. It was on the more expensive side, especially for being on a cord and not a chain. After wearing it for a few hours, a few days in a row, the "silver" rubbed off and turned my chest green. It was not ever wet because sodalite is not water tolerant, and I only wore if for the time I left the house. I am extremely upset I spent so much on this pendant for it to be so cheaply made. It's completely unwearable. I will not be back. I will continue to shop the local metaphysical shops where I actually get what I pay for.
