How does this place has such a high rating of 3.9? I talked my girlfriend to turn around and check out the thrift store on the way home form shopping. We walking into this fire hazard waiting to happen. There is no room for people to walk safely and comfortably.

But we found a few blu ray movies on a shelf that we were interested in. I asked what the pricing was in the movies, because they were priced and no sign on pricing. I was told by the owner that she would need to scan them to fleet the price. Which is a fair statement, if they already priced out the movies. She was more concerned about charging more on an item because other people would buy stuff and resell them to make more money than her. She even said she would sell a movie for 1.00 then someone would take buy that movie and sell it for 25.00. Well good for that person if they can do that. But you should list your prices. Or say all moves are 1.00 or 2.00 or 5.00 or whatever.

Well, she just scans the movie on google and tells me what she wants to charge at that moment. She tried to tell me that the one movie was 15.00 on Amazon. I had to remind her that’s brand new. Sealed a blu ray and dvd combo with digital code. Her copy. Wasn’t even a standard retail copy. It had a marking on the top saying “previously viewed?” Which was probably a rental copy.

She wanted 9.00 for the 2 movies, which was not a bad price honestly. But it’s not a good way to sell. I mean she could charge whatever she wants whenever she wants. I said something to her about this. And while discussing her pricing practices. There was another couple asking about pricing on a pair of earrings. Then the owner told the other couple she doesn’t have time to price them and would be right with them. That she goes through the inventory so fast that she doesn’t have time to put prices. Well if you look at this place, there is definitely nothing flying off the shelves lol. And as we were walking out, my girlfriend said that she thought this was a thrift store. The owner followed us out, that she hoped we understood how her pricing works. Which we don’t. lol. And that she works 50/50 some guy. We just took off after that

But most thrift stores when y oh shop there. You are looking for something cheap, or a good deal. Not a crazy lady chasing you to you car to try and explain her crappy business practices.

Let’s hope someone calls the fire Marshall on that place.

While this store is very nice and the owner was pleasant, I was very disappointed in the way business was handled. The 2 things I asked about were not priced and she went and looked them up to see what they were selling for to give me a price. I don't know if thats how normal consignment shops work, but I feel like that was unprofessional. I also asked about a Disney Purse and she said she would like upwards of 1k and not a set price like she was fishing for a price when the purse was normally 300. As a collector of other things myself, I understand how these things work, and thankfully im smart enough to look online myself and saw that this item was in stock in the Disney website and selling for its normal price just about everywhere when she said one had sold for 1400. Thankfully I was able to get it for regular price. If it was a little increase in price, sure, I can understand with inflation nowadays, but that was an insane price increase and if it was someone else who wasn't educated to look it up, they would have been taken advantage of. Not someone I would want to do business with in the future as awesome as...

My friend and I, we're looking for jewelry. And this happened to be one of the places that we ended up popping into. We were immediately welcomed upon entering the door. We mentioned what we were looking for jewelry wise, and she mentioned that they had to buy one, get one free on like the viral jewelry jars. We immediately headed over and we're looking at them. I was actually wearing heels for the first time, and she even gave me a couples on how to work them. As we explored, she was extremely friendly and so nice. She did disappear for a little while. But I think she was just trying to give us some space since it's a bit of a crimped area in there.But there is so much stuffed into this place! When we were going to check out, my friend had been looking at some of the necklaces on the wall, and she said that she hadn't had them priced yet. But that she would have them priced, and we could come over the next day and get them.

In general, ten out of ten experience, she was so incredibly kind and so sweet and me and my friend were doing nothing but praising her on...
