Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in North Ridgeville

Placed order, received email giving the time and status of the pizza....noticed the time to pick it up was 90 minutes earlier then I wanted.....called store to report that the pizza was going to be done before I needed it, and wanted the obtuse guy on the other end of the phone to explain my choices, cancel or delay pizza. He rudely let me know that there wasn't anything he could do about the mix up, and that I would have to correct it online.... Being that I ordered it as a guest and not logged in, it wouldn't let me cancel it, so I called the fine fella back and let him know and he had a very abrasive attitude which I replied just cancel my order and he hung up on me. 2 minutes later I get a phone call from said gentleman stating that my order had been voided (so much for nothing I can do about it on my end) and all monies would be returned and hung up on me again. This is why people get strangled at their job, because they want to talk to people with attitude and tone and have no clue who's on the other end of the...

Ordered from here tonight. Was told pizza would be ready by 6:45p. I sent my daughter to get pizza. She texted me at 7:05 saying one of the pizzas wasn’t done. I called and spoke to the manager/owner. He didn’t even apologize. The kid who answered the phone said they lost the pizza. Manager said we don’t lose pizzas. So where is my pizza because now my daughter has been waiting 30 minutes. When I shared my concerns with the manager he did not even apologize and implied that I didn’t want the pizza. I had kids at home to feed. He lacks customer service skills. He could have offered a discount for next time. Instead he just said it was Friday and they were busy. My daughter heard them complain about me when he hung up and the other kid in the store said oh I gave that pizza away 30 minutes ago. This customer service is not acceptable. I won’t order from there again. There are plenty of other options for pizza in this city with much better...

So, I get it, it's Friday night. Tried to call to order for pick-up. No answer. Called 4 times. No answer. Placed order online. Time given was 9:15 to 9:20pm. Arrived at 9:20 and the order had not been started. There were 2 young kids working and that's at least all that I seen. They said 5 minutes it would be ready as they then started to prepare the pizzas and drop the wings. It's now 9:50 and we still have no food. When this shop opened not that long ago, they were very customer oriented. Now, it seems that they really don't care. Maybe just a bad night for them, short staffed or just my luck. Not happy with this shop tonight. Hopefully, the food is at least...
