I was a little nervous about the deal I was getting with at&t. I was calling Sprint and was connected to AT&T which was suspicious from the beginning, but I have to say I’m so happy I did. Iwas able to get the latest iphone for practically nothing. When I received a notice saying that my phones were delivered and nothing came I thought for sure I was scammed. I called AT&T and they said my package was delivered. They were able to get me another order and I received my new iphones after a week. If the package had not been lost in transit, things would have went much more smoothly. I still have to receive my gift card which will cover the fee for canceling my original phones from my previous company. Elite said it takes about a month to 45 days to receive the $1000.00 gift Visa card, so we will see. So far besides that pump in the road with the lost package and not getting my gift card I have to say it is a sweet deal. Getting 4 iPhone 12 pro’s and not having to pay for them out of pocket is awesome!! We are all very happy with our new phones and the service we got from Elite. They will promise you a great deal & then the contract comes and it will be much, much higher than quoted. Tried calling their office, but all you get is voicemail. Left messages with Office Manager and General Manager many times, but they will not return calls. Did reach Office Manager once and he promised to return the call, but never did. Stay away from them!
Addition to original review. They finally contacted us because they did not like the negative review. Promised to send $100.00 gift card to compensate for their horrible customer service. Card never sent! Told us to return the phones that were sitting on our front steps for 2 weeks to an A.T. &. T. store. Store would not accept the phones and advised us to pull out the return label from inside the box and send them back. Returned phones, received tracking information from USPS. Never received $91.15 credit for sales tax and shipping charges on our credit card for the phones that were returned. Company...
