Kohl's — Local services in North Smithfield

I went to Kohl's in North Smithfield to look for a couple of items, upon cashing out on Saturday, 7/20, I didn't receive the proper e-mail notification for the receiving the percent discount. There was an error in the notification. She helped download the Kohl's application. The associate Whitney who helped me was so very helpful, patient & kind! She was very informative and if you happen to have & meet Whitney, she was the BEST and has the best customer service! We need more people like her in the world today! Thank you, Whitney for your kindness, and assisting me at the North Smithfield, Kohls, & reassured me & made sure that I received the discount no matter how long it took! Thank you again Whitney! I remember when Kohl’s was a place to go if you needed affordable dress clothes, even tailored suits for as little as $100. Now I can’t believe they’re still open.

Went in to find clothes for a job interview, since I packed on a few pounds during the pandemic I now need Big and Tall. Literally they had three B&T dress shirts. Three. Zero dress pants, and zero sweaters or blazers or anything to look truly professional. And one of the shirts was short sleeved. And two of them were a loud pastel plaid that I wouldn’t wear unless I could put a v neck sweater over it or something.

And on the next rack, plenty of solid color gray, black and blue dress shirts in normal sizes (s-L). Staff couldn’t be bothered to offer to help. This store is a joke and I’ll find somewhere else to shop.

Horrible customer service i bought a 50 dollar perfume that the women at the register forgot to put into my bag. I called and they said I could come pick it up. However when I did go to pick up the perfume I already paid for I had to prove that it was never given to me. After waiting 15 min someone came and told me the perfume was put into my bags. So again I was standing there trying to explain to them that I did not get my perfume it was not put into my bag. I did not like the way they where speaking to me telling me they saw the cashier put the perfume in my bag but in the end to finally give me my perfume that I did not take in the first place ! What a waste of time and how disrespectful I spent 600 dollars in that store and they accused me of trying to lie! I will never buy anything from this or...
